Remodeled with new carpet in the living room and downstairs bedroom, new flooring in the kitchen/dining area, and new shower stalls in both bathrooms. It is listed as a 5 bedroom, but can also be considered as 6 bedrooms due to its layout where the master bedroom has an open attached side room. Our guests have enjoyed the right balance of being together and also having their own private space.

We stayed here for 2 months while our home was being remodeled. The house was amazing and Even was super! He even let us bring in some of our things since we were going to be there for so long. The neighborhood was so beautiful, especially the blooming trees in the spring. Evan was very responsive and so easy to work with! Thank you so much for making a wonderful experience!

The house was beautiful and a perfect spot for 6 of us to decompress after a powerlifting competition in Reno. We loved the hot tub and the well outfitted kitchen. The surroundings were beautiful and it was just a quick drive down to the lake. Zhaolei was extremely communicative and and helpful throughout the entire process. We'd love to stay here again.

Michael and Kara were excellent hosts who went above-and-beyond to make sure my family and I (including my dog!) had a great stay! Would definitely recommend. Even before checking in they gave us clear information for our visit. I really appreciated them being so organized because it meant I could relax on the trip. They also helped out with local recommendations which my family enjoyed. We also loved the decorations! Really felt a warm welcome. Thank you Michael and Kara!!

Exquisite Lakefront Condo

Global's listing was well worth the visit. It is such a peaceful spot both inside and out. We walked around the lake, worked out in the gym, ate at the restaurant next door, had coffee and bagels at the coffee shop downstairs, watched 2 late nite movies on the ultra wide screen TV and utilized the well stocked kitchen to warm up left overs and make popcorn. It was so easyto just to relax around the complex, however we were also so close to all the activities we planned...15 minutes from the Belice musical that we attended in Reno, 7 minutes from the rifle range in Sparks, and 15 minutes from the Automotive Museum in Reno. Oh and the bed was super comfy!! This was an amazing getaway to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Thanks to Chris for sharing his space & hospitality!

Laneys home was everything you could want for a beautiful stay in Reno! Her space is wonderfully designed, equipped with everything you might need to make a nice family meal the kitchen. We had a lovely stay overall! The high ceilings made the space feel open and airy, and the cozy fireplace added such a warm touch. Everything was comfortable and well-equipped. The only small surprise was the lighting—especially in the kitchen, where it had more of a greenish tone rather than the warm yellow glow shown in the photos. Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our time here!

This is such a beautiful complex inside has everything you need from kitchen appliances to an amazing shower/tub to relax in. The real reason why I chose this Airbnb was for the sparks marina which is located right outside of there pool just such an incredible view of the lake and all the nature surrounding it if your not really into the downtown casino life. The legends mall is also about a 15 minute walk from the complex to get some shopping in. If you’re looking for some delicious drinks and food i recommend the water bar next door as well they have some really delicious juicy burgers that you can enjoy also viewing the lake. Thank you for an incredible stay lussostay I hope to be back again in the future!!
