The Interior is spacious and cozy - a living room, office space, dining room and shared kitchen are downstairs. 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom upstairs. You will have full access to the pool and large outdoor area surrounded by mossy Live Oaks. Our home is settled in a quaint neighborhood. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The unit was beautifully decorated with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotless, and it was clear that a lot of care and attention went into every detail—from the thoughtful decor to the well-stocked amenities. The check-in and checkout process was seamless, with clear, detailed instructions provided ahead of time. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had kids and their grandparents with us for the stay and were extremely satisfied! It’s very walkable to the beach and they provide beach gear. The kitchen is well stocked. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. Beds were comfy and there are plenty of pillows. The pool and spa were clean and easy to use. We will definitely be making a repeat visit as it is within walking of two of our family friends. A few things to note- the alarm system on the house “dings” with the opening of any window or door 24/7 which can interrupt light sleeping kids. If we had to be picky: The extra room with the day bed doesn’t have a full closing door. It’s more of a privacy screen. Wish there was a cooler for beach trips and a pitcher or other drink container for making lemonade or iced tea. Host went out of her way to provide some yoga mats for us to use. They were also extremely responsive to questions during the stay. Neighborhood was great. Safe for walking and running alone in the ea

Samantha was an excellent host. The property was well-maintained, and the surroundings were beautiful. The partially fenced-in backyard was perfect for our big dog. It was a great spot for fishing and crabbing. The dolphins at the end of the dock each day were a great bonus. It was a wonderful place for a quiet family getaway.

Wonderful stay for 7 adults and 1 small dog. Very comfortable, clean, & well stocked house. Pool was a lot of fun to gather around. Plenty of games were available at the house for guests' use. A short walk to the clean beach. We watched a rocket lift from the beach one night. Many restaurants were available within 5 minutes driving distance. Any questions or concerns were dealt with efficiently & professionally by Jose, who was always available via text. We would happily rent this property again. We were sad to end our vacation. Thank you Jose.

The house was perfect for my family of 10. It was clean, spacious, ample towels (bath & beach) and linen. The outdoor space is screened in with lots of seating, tv, radio (with Bluetooth), mini fridge, and pool. The pool is big and very clean. There are multiple beaches nearby…15-20 minute drive. My family will definitely come back❤️

It was perfect for my wife and I steps to the beach and if you didn’t want to go to the beach you have the pool and jacuzzi. The room was immaculate and clean we stayed in we were originally in the front but was moved closer to the pool which was awesome. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much.
