Vacation rentals with a patio in Soverato

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

Comfortable two-room apartment, there was everything to be able to stay in peace ...the area requires to be motorized as it is a little isolated from the nightlife... since it is an apartment building, the amenities are more than enough and in line with the described... quiet place for families who can move by car to reach the tourist attractions nearby.

Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located, has two pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer. Great welcome from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended for everyone.

Loved our stay so much that we extended. Only thing that I guess I didnt realize before booking was that the main big bed is in the living room. (Other two twin beds in the bedroom). We were 2 adults 3 children and it was a bit tight but we were cozy. Also no wifi which I didnt look closely enough for, but other than that it was nice. Would book again.

A beautiful house with great pool and a very nice view of the mountain and sea. Kitchen is super equipped. Using the coordinates and Googlemaps provided by Monica, we easily found the house. We arrived at night and the ride by car to the residential complex where the house is located was a bit adventurous as it rained the days before and also on our arrival and the surroundings were very dark. But everything worked out Communication with Monica was flawless and she was very helpful. Supermarket and restaurants are easily accessible by car within about 15 minutes. We enjoyed it, despite some bad luck with the weather. But after 3 days of rain, the weather became nicer and we were able to explore Calabria. We would come back.

Vittorio was an amazing host! He was super friendly and asked if we needed food and offered to drive us to the station when we asked for a local taxi’s telephone number. We we’re there unfortunately for only one night but we couldn’t have asked for a better host.

It was a real pleasure to stay in this beautiful house! The accommodation is as shown in the photos and the services mentioned are all available and included in the price. The views are stunning and you can get to the small beach via a fairly comfortable path, just a bit steep uphill. I will definitely be back, thank you for everything!

If you want to have a quiet vacation, this is the place to be. The surrounding area is very quiet and the beach right in front of the house is also not very busy. The beach bar is also great. The accommodation was very clean and all utensils, as well as basic spices, were also provided for cooking. Giuseppina was very friendly, always responded very quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back soon.

The welcome of Francesca and her family made us feel at home, they thought to welcome even our little dogs! The accommodation is taken care of in every detail and is in a very quiet area close to the sea. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Francesca's apartment for ten days. At first, we were unlucky with the weather, and it was cold (19 degrees), damp and mouldy inside. Once it warmed up, however, we loved the apartment. It is located in a large, quiet garden, which was very relaxing. However, occasionally the dogs would bark all night long. This was annoying for my friend who slept in the big room. The interior design is beautiful, and the apartment has a lot of charm. It would have been great to have a vacuum cleaner to clean in between. The kitchen could do with a little renovation. Vibo Valentia is a beautiful Italian city perched on a hill. I think we were the only tourists there! There are great restaurants and pizzerias. Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms (2 double), spacious and bright. The view of the Bay of Squillace is beautiful from the terrace that runs around the house. Very simple check-in and check-out, extremely flexible host in schedules and easily available through messages. When I get back to the area, I'll definitely try to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

After that, Manreya took me to the supermarket to buy food for the next few days, Marenya was very fun and I loved her personality!He also introduced me to a lot of delicious food in Italy, and bought me food and water.☺️ When I found out I forgot to buy Italian sauce, Marenya bought two bottles and delivered two bottles to the room the next day. Arriving in the village was already special due to the ride up. The driveway takes about 10 minutes and gives a first impression of the view. A small mountain village with lots of charm and very friendly people. There is a pizzeria and also a small shop. The place is a very clean. We felt right at home there. It is so idyllic and prepared with a lot of love. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to be Stefania and her family are very accommodating and intrusive. We will be happy to come back...

We had a really good time! Silvana is very kind and generous, an exceptional guest. The apartment is very nice, well equipped and perfect for 6 people who love tranquility. The two terraces are beautiful and well located for sun/shade exposure and both with a beautiful view of the citrus groves and the sea. You can easily access the sand and gravel beach with crystal clear sea, very quiet even in August. It's a really relaxing place to get away. We really liked it. Thank you Silvana! We hope to be back soon.
