Antonio was very responsive, we were able to arrive early at the apartment. Antonio told us about several activities and restaurants to do. It was very nice to communicate with Antonio (in English ;) ) I recommend it!

Great apartment in a quiet location, for us an optimal place to relax. Very clean and tidy apartment, very well equipped kitchen. However, you need a car to explore the area. The huge beach is very quick to reach on foot, maximum 5 minutes. The small shop in the house has excellent bread, cheese, ham,... and the essentials such as drinks, pasta, canned goods. Parking in front of or next to the house. We recommend the apartment to anyone who doesn't need the hustle and bustle, but a small place by the sea to relax. Absolute recommendation

The place is perfectly matched to the photos and description. Completely renovated. Mr. Donatella welcomed us in person by explaining the apartment and explaining the operation of the appliances. To every clarifying message I wrote, she gave me punctual and precise responses. The fixtures are of good quality making it quiet. Highly recommended.

I especially like the decoration of the home. It's so much better than the photos!The bed is large and comfortable, the living room is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped... After that, Manreya took me to the supermarket to buy food for the next few days, Marenya was very fun and I loved her personality!He also introduced me to a lot of delicious food in Italy, and bought me food and water.☺️ When I found out I forgot to buy Italian sauce, Marenya bought two bottles and delivered two bottles to the room the next day. She prepared a lot of drinks in the refrigerator, which was very touching!Such an experience.❤️❤️❤️

I was in Antonio's apartment with my girlfriend for a week. Everything is great, it is very quiet, the bed incredibly cozy, the roof terrace wow, we could borrow a parasol, also do laundry, the kitchen is well equipped. Really recommended Check in / check out flexible, gladly again.

We only stayed 1 night, too bad! We will definitely be back. Everything was perfect, from cleanliness to hospitality, not to mention all the basic necessities he made us find from fresh water to coffee, sugar, oil of everything and more. Great place to stay, modern, well organized and super clean. The climate works perfectly and the apartment is equipped with almost all the comforts. The host was very hospitable and attentive in his communications. Only small criticism: the hot water worked intermittently from time to time. However, I can say that we had a great time and overall it was an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

We had a lovely stay at Soverato Con Vista. The house is well kept and clean, with parking and a great location, 2 minutes to town. The outside play equipment was a great hit with our toddler too. We will definitely be back again soon. The host was very responsive as well. Thank you!

Lidia was very quick to respond and help at all times and even gave us recommendations of the best places to eat nearby. The place has a spacious private rooftop balcony. You cannot beat the location because it is only a 5 minute walk from the most beautiful beach with multiple places to rent chairs/umbrellas and get drinks and food along the beach! The famous “Soverato” sign in big letters is just as you walk out of her block! It is also less than 5 minutes from a grocery store and directly on the corner you can also get gelato or go to a cafe/restaurant!

The house was very well kept, let's say new in structure and decor. The highlight for us was the shower, beautiful, large and comfortable, which I don't mind in a seaside with two children. The beach near home was the icing on the cake. Maybe it's the most beautiful beach on the coast. I from Calabrese right in that area, I had never visited it and it was truly a surprise to see this paradise wonder. Finally, the biggest thanks go to Enza. A person of unique kindness and availability. Of those people who truly make you feel the famous hospitality of our southern Italy and in particular our beautiful Calabria which is always a surprise for those who have the desire and curiosity to visit it. So let's give a nice 10 and praise to everything. Thank you

The stay at the accommodation was pleasant. The residence is quiet, well cared for and the swimming pool is clean. Asa is a responsive and helpful host. The house is equipped with all accessories, especially in the kitchen; there is a TV and a hairdryer. The sofa bed is comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed from 4 to 17/8 in this beautiful apartment, equipped with everything. There was a washing machine and also the dishwasher, air conditioners that we did not use, because the apartment was cool and in the evening you slept very well in the evening. Well-equipped kitchen, garden/backyard added value. We had breakfasts and dinners with breathtaking sunsets. It was inside a residence with a parking space and pool... very close to pastry shops, ice cream shops and supermarkets. Convenient location to visit beautiful beaches. 5 minutes from Pizzo Vieja, 40 minutes to Tropea. A great stay that I hope to repeat.

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Everything was very good, my only suggestion would be to have a written list of instructions such as garbage schedule, TV instructions etc. An espresso coffee pot would be an added touch other than that it was very good. We were impressed that Alexandra was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we would certainly go there again and refer our family and friends. Thank you

Excellent place to be quiet with the family.mare easily accessible by car 2 minutes. Restorant bars at your fingertips. Super clean accommodation area around the well-kept apartments also the spectacular pool is always clean and tidy. Excellent place

We really enjoyed our stay in Pizzo, in Maria's apartment, who was an exceptional host, adorable, responsive, understanding, especially when we arrived with a day of difference following a "misadventure" in Rome, she welcomed us with milk and cakes to comfort the children. The apartment is very large, with all the necessities for the kitchen, linens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, the equipment was perfect, and not to mention the essential air conditioning during the summer. The pool was very nice, and the beach within walking distance 300 meters. The residence was very quiet, ideal for our family. And in addition, a glacier close to the residence "Gelataria Enrico" to taste their artisanal and local ice cream, the "tartufo di Pizzo" which are a treat. The best cities to visit and beaches are Tropea, Scilla (Chianalea village), Pizzo, Reggio Calabria. Thanks again Maria for this stay, we highly recommend her apartment.

Fell in love with the apartment especially the rooftop terrace where I had cuppa to watch sunrise each morning.Views great.Only downside had only 1 bar/restaurant that catered for Italians on their 2 weeks holidays.we couldn't get a seat or takeaway pizza.You need a hire car to get to shops but Short drive from airport and Pizzo.Its well worth a visit and The apartment has everything you need.We will be back and Alan and wife are great.
