Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Southeast Region

Viviane was very kind and agile in communication and has kept the house with the same standard of infrastructure since March 2023, when I was there for the first time. All my family and friends who were with me during this stay and the previous one loved the coziness of the house, the decor and its architectural style. A small family accommodates very well. The chalet is even more beautiful in person, the photos are beautiful but the vibe of the place along with the house is another level. Everything is extremely quiet, clean and organized. Laudemir was very helpful, responded quickly and already explained everything. The beautiful garden, the delightful view, very good taste in the entire cottage. A place to truly recharge and organize your mind. I hope to have many other passages out there ❤️

We were delighted with the house! Sleeping with the sound of the sea was one of the best experiences of the trip — something that, personally, is even more amazing than the photos show. The house is extremely clean, cozy and well cared for. We were warmly welcomed by Rafael and Lu, who were super attentive and friendly. Francisco was also amazing: from the first contact, he was always helpful and even sent us several tips on what to do in the area. But I confess that we could hardly leave the house — we were so enchanted with the place that we just wanted to enjoy the view. I'm already counting the days to return, and next time I want to explore all Francisco's tips! Our dog also had a great time at the beach. It was an unforgettable experience!

The house is impeccable, exactly like the photos! Simone, who is responsible for taking care of the house and receiving guests, was EXTREMELY kind and helpful even before check-in. It's worth every penny to hire her services! The view from the house is sensational, the whole land itself is a delight! But we ended up making the mistake of following WAZE and ended up on a dirt road that would shorten the stretch, but because of the rain it was impossible to pass, because there is zero lighting or cell phone signal! You have to follow the house instructions that Simone sends before the stay, the signs or GOOGLE MAPS!

If you're reading the comments to decide, your search ends here, this house is a find, a house built on the sand, the real foot in the sand, a paradise, by far the best house I've ever stayed in, a view that has no equal, a very quiet place with plenty of privacy, the house is exactly as in the photos, very clean and everything new, we'll be back for sure.

We went on our honeymoon, I couldn't have chosen better accommodation than this, we loved the days we spent there, and we will definitely return, Glenda is very kind and helpful, a thousand thanks, thank you very much Glenda, I will return very soon.

The house is wonderful and already conveys a sense of peace from the entrance! You can see beauty in every corner and in every space there. The house utensils saved us because we forgot to bring some things, but there was a super kit with everything we could need right there. Super comfortable and warm bed linens. Easy to access location even for me who had never even climbed the mountain! Beto was helpful from before our arrival, clearing up all our questions. Note a thousand! We left already wanting to come back. If you want to relax, this is THE place!!

We arrived at the accommodation 3 hours before check-in and Luciano kindly let us check in early. The loft is centrally located, close to several tourist attractions. The loft is exactly like the listing photos. We loved the stay and would recommend Luciano's accommodation.

The apartment is amazing, better than the photos. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it in this place because of the comfort and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to a large number of pots and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and sea in all rooms. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, cordial and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend it.

Delighted with the place and the accommodation, literally just like the photos. Super comfortable view, a few meters from all the beaches Rua das Pedras. The only thing I didn't like very much was the elevator, but it's minimal with the comfort of the apartment

I highly recommend it, cleanliness and hygiene of both the room and the external environment are impeccable. Luciano is very proactive and very responsive. Great breakfast (a suggestion, a little more variety such as couscous, tea, etc...) Otherwise, it's very good, thanks a lot, I recommend it!

Our Family loved every moment in this penthouse with an amazing sea view 🤩 We were impressed by every detail that the host organized on site literally you just need to take the bed linen because there's everything there. We want to go back already. OBS: I loved a wall of errands in the corridor,my Belinha left a little note there reporting it was wonderful our stay at the Site super recommend 😍😍😍

I had a wonderful experience, nothing was missing! The apartment is super cozy and the place where it is located is close to everything (cafeteria, shopping, gyms). Maickon is super attentive, helpful and gave all the necessary support. I highly recommend the stay 🙏🏻☺️

It was great, the place is beautiful, nature is very preserved, full kitchen, good TVs with Netflix, Alexa both in the living room and in the bedroom, super nice host, very clean house, super good house structure. We'll be back with the family! I appreciate it!

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The room on the second floor has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very helpful in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

The apartment is exactly as described, in addition to being super clean, organized and with all the basic utensils for the stay (linens, bath towels, kitchen utensils, etc. - all of good quality and clean). Adriana was super helpful the whole time, answering our questions and being flexible with our check-out. We had a small problem with a leak (a normal thing, and it did not affect our positive experience at all) and she helped us promptly. I highly recommend the apartment and the host, and I hope to be able to return other times.
