Villa da Vida is a farm that has been under the command of the same family for more than 70 years. Here, we always seek to reconnect with nature and follow organic practices as much as possible. We have great respect for our animals and always seek to maintain their well-being. If you like country life, you'll love staying at our property. Here, your alarm clock will be the singing of birds early in the morning and your swimming pool will be the Jacaré River! (In total, there are 3 bathrooms, 2 in the house and 1 separate).

Casa da Fabi in Monte Verde MG

Casa da Fabi is located 1.2 km from the shopping center. It is a new construction designed by me to receive my family and friends and the people who rent it. Made of exposed brick, it has excellent thermal comfort for cold and hot weather (which are rare). We built a large room with high ceilings, a beautiful balcony with space for two hammocks and beautiful conversations overlooking the woods. The bathrooms are spacious with a beautiful shower, large mirror and tempered glass shower stall.

Our house is very cozy, fully renovated, has 2 bedrooms, TV room integrated with the dining room, kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils! The furniture is new, from demolition, which gives a special charm to the house. It has a beautiful leisure area with a barbecue, lawn, a shower and a nice pool for hot days! It has a private garage, for greater comfort and safety! The location is in the historic center, next to the Santíssimo church!
