And the second time my husband and I stayed at the house, we have nothing to complain about, only compliments to make, everyone was super attentive, the house is super cozy, and the location is great. We intend to return more often, we were once again very satisfied with everything.

What can I say? Everything was perfect, wonderful space, communicative, flexible host, a lovely person. Whenever I can, I'll be back, and for those of you who want to go to Arraial do Cabo, this is the apartment to rent! I just loved everything!!!

Super clean space and very well located! Although there are many bars and restaurants around, it's not noisy at all. Great for those who go out at night and great for those who don't want to as well. Great communication with Daniel, everything was impeccable! We intend to return!

We had a great stay, the flat is just like the photos in the listing! The view of the beach is amazing and the location is excellent, everything is very close, beach, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, malls… communication was also very fast! I recommend it to everyone!

My stay was excellent! The host was incredibly responsive and always ready to help resolve any issues. I highly recommend this place for the comfort I experienced during my 10-day stay. The furnishings are modern, cozy, and impeccably clean. The bed is on the firmer side, which was great for my sciatica—I usually struggle with beds that are too soft, but I had no back pain here. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and attentive, always available once they got to know me. The amenities are outstanding, including an amazing gym, pool, and sauna. The view is beautiful, and despite the proximity to the airport and nightlife, I couldn’t hear any noise when the windows were shut. The location is fantastic, with plenty of things to do within walking distance and affordable Uber rides available. I had read concerns about the AC not being strong enough, but the temperature was perfect for me. There’s also plenty of storage space for clothes, which was a big plus. I recommend it!

My stay was excellent! The highlight is the host's flexibility with check-in and checkout times — something increasingly rare and that made all the difference in our trip. The house is super cozy, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is very well equipped, with everything we needed. The entire space is beautiful, from inside the house to the yard. The environment is all around, which conveys a sense of security and privacy. Also, it was great to be able to take our dogs, the space is perfect for them to run and have fun. Without a doubt, an amazing experience. We'll be back for sure! It was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

Although we only spent one night, the area is beautiful, quiet with a good beach, many restaurants nearby and very accessible. Barra de Tijuca is undoubtedly the best area in Rio to stay. If you want hustle and bustle, disorder and to be on a beach with too many people, go to Copacabana or Ipanema. We'll be back in Barra !! Thanks Rodrigo

The condominium does not have the best external appearance, only the apartment, but the inside was very clean, organized and well decorated.

I was short on time, but everything was great. Luiz Antonio is helpful and solicited, it was super good people. The place is exactly the same as in the pictures, well cared for and comfortable. I recommend it!

Great space and wonderful host! Space with everything you need and very comfortable, beautiful balcony with a view of Boa Vista. The bathroom has an unpleasant smell, but with the door closed it does not pass into the bedroom.

It was very good because, due to the location, it was possible to get to and from Shopping Maia easily, and since the restaurants we go to when we are in town are inside this mall, it was very convenient for us to get around, and since our relatives also live nearby, we could go visit them and in a few minutes we were already at the Airbnb very easily.
