Our farm, Mocambo do Jacaré, is 4.5 km from São Francisco Xavier in the Santa Bárbara valley, forming 23,000 m² of green area with woods, orchards, many birds and a river with natural pools to cool off in the summer. In the house where we live, there is an apartment with separate access and a private area. It offers a combined bedroom with kitchen and a large bathroom. There are supermarkets and phamacies around the corner, as well as restaurants and bars for those who like to go out for a beer or eat some traditional food.

We have air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, a kitchen equipped with utensils, a minibar and a cooktop. We are 300 meters from the beach of Ilha das Cabras. We do not allow loud noise or barbecues. Check-in is from 5 p.m. and check-out is until 1 p.m., and may be adjustable, subject to availability. We have stairs to climb.
