The house is part of Teater Møn, a former school, which is a theatre and cultural house where theatre performances are regularly performed, and various events are held, but it takes place in the other houses of the place. The villa for rent is the old inspector's residence, completely unoccupied, with its own exit to the garden. We welcome guests to the renovated basement which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There are heating floors, fireplace, TV, wifi, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, micro and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: There is no kitchen. In the bedroom there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed. You are welcome to be in the garden that has a patio in the corner. Since there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. It is free parking on the street but date parking.

In 2008 the old drying barn from Tostenæs sawmill was converted into a carpenter's workshop. Today it is the end of the barn holiday home on two floors. We live in our own house next to the workshop. From the holiday home there is in front of the kitchen and living room own area with table, bench and small sandbox – if you go a little further you will find completely unoccupied garden to use. You have this garden all to yourselves.

“OTEL MAMA” Lovely house very close to the beach

Lovely house for peace and relaxation with path down to the beach from the backyard. Absolutely NOT suitable for parties with music alarms , as the surrounding neighbors in the neighborhood must be taken into account. We want to keep the good neighborhood.
