Classic small cottage (non-smoking) built in 1960, located at Skjoldungernes Land National Park. Only 100 meters to the fjord along a small forest path. The house is located on a large plot and has a lovely wild and unspoiled garden to the south. There is an outdoor fireplace for evening fun on the terrace, and a Weber grill Playhouse for the small children in the garden, as well as berry bushes and herbs in the garden NOTE: A new entrance has been arranged, and a completely new bathroom has been built where there was previously a junior chamber. Cozy older wooden house of 52 sqm. There are 4 kayaks and a small rowing boat, which can be used at your own risk. Shopping 1.5 km. Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
