The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). From the terrace you can enjoy the view of Beech Stream. In the summerhouse there is a fiber connection so you can surf/stream from the net. In the living room there is also a smaller TV. There's a trampoline and a campfire pit. There is a carport on the driveway. The price includes cleaning but exclusive bed linen and towels.

Welcome to us in the middle of picturesque Limhamn, a quiet area right by the sea. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Buses run frequently and will take you everywhere in under 15 minutes. In the guest house, there is everything you need for your stay, a 32-inch TV with Chromecast, fast WiFi, kitchenette, shower and bathroom. Malmö is a perfect bike city and we have two bikes you can borrow to explore the city. If you come by car, there is street parking outside. Welcome to us!

From the house, it is 200 meters to the public bathing pier and cozy Kalvehave Harbor with pleasure boats and summer atmosphere. Enjoy quiet mornings with sunrise over the water and lovely barbecue evenings on the large wooden terrace. The house is perfectly located for lots of nearby excursions, e.g. Møns Klint, the unique village of Nyord, cozy Stege or BonBon-land.

The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
