The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with children). A super cottage, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters from Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great vacation paradise, with beach, forest, rich bird and animal life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump and the house is well insulated. The price is without electricity consumption. Then a claim for extra payment for electricity consumption will be made after the stay.

Cottage with wood-burning stove and fire pit

Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

From the terrace you can enjoy the view of Beech Stream. There is a fiber connection in the cottage, so you can surf/stream. In the living room there is also a smaller TV. Well-equipped, modern and lovely cottage. Close to the fjord with good opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking and canoeing. Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. Welcome to our cottage! The holiday home is a classic and rustic wooden house from 1970 on 61 m2, situated on a natural plot of 1,100 m2, beautifully situated just off Ulvshale Forest near Stege. The cottage is ideal for both a weekend trip or a longer vacation for couples and families with children. It lies at the end of a cul-de-sac, close to woods and the sea. Bed linen/towels/tea towels are included. The house is cleares on arrival - therefore a mandatory cleaning fee. Pets not allowed.

Large south-facing wooden terrace in a lovely enclosed garden, on an 800 m2 plot. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 minutes to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens Klint. The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years of age.
