This was a wonderful relaxing place to stay. We will definitely stay here again. It was styled beautifully and cozy all at once. Our host was kind, friendly and attentive. We knew if we needed something he would be happy to accommodate. The neighborhood is busy with places to eat, walkable and beautiful murals. We give 5 stars to our stay and host. We would recommend this place for how comfortable it is, location and good vibe.

The place was great for my stay. The pictures don’t do justice as to how well it’s decorated. I’m a bookworm/nerd so I appreciated the books that were on-hand to read. The shower & kitchen was amazing as well. The place itself was peaceful and neighborhood was quiet and walkable. Will definitely be booking again in the future. Thanks Dean!

We and our friends were in town for a graduation and Michael’s apartment was perfect for what we needed. Great host and lovely experience all around!

Our stay was amazing from start to finish! Check-in was super easy, and the instructions were clear and straightforward. We rented a car during our trip, and there was always street parking available—usually right in front of the house! We felt very safe knowing there were security cameras on the property, which was definitely a plus. The house itself was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Each room had its own air conditioning unit, which kept everyone comfortable throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed—dishware, pots, seasonings, and even a coffee machine. The host was very accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with whenever we had questions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chicago!

Fantastic location in Chicago! There is great walk-ability to local restaurants, attractions, public transit, etc. It was clean and quiet for our stay. Would book again!

We had a wonderful stay in Chicago! Everything was exactly how we expected it based off photos and description. Nae was responsive and ensured we had a comfortable stay! I would recommend and would definitely come back!

I would definitely stay here again. Plenty of space, felt safe, nice accommodations and very clean apartment. Whenever I messaged Sherry for anything she responded right away and even went above what I asked for.

Blake's place was exactly as described. The only problem was that the Keurig coffee maker was not working. I contacted Blake and responded quickly, and offered to send someone to check it out. We were leaving early the next morning, so I told him no need to send someone. The location was very convenient for access to downtown and the Magnificent Mile. Would definitely stay there again if we needed to be in downtown Chicago.

It was amazing with the kids they enjoyed the mini golf a lot ….spacious bedrooms very good kitchen and cleaned washrooms …overall it was great

I traveled to Chicago for work and had a nice three-day stay here. The Airbnb is in a great location, clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. I particularly enjoyed the small library!

Loved everything about this place! I cannot say enough good things about my stay. I will say, it is quite far from Chicago. It didn’t quite matter for me as I knew I wanted to find a place away from the city but on a week day it is about an hour or so from downtown. The place was quiet, pillows insanely comfortable, amazing shower, kitchen was great and well equipped, clean washer and dryer, easy to get in and out of the place. Great place to stay.

A great spot!! A friend and I were in town for a concert and this place was perfect! The patio was really cool and Tom has the cutest dog!!

I would recommend the stay, it’s close to the train station and the leave to the highway was quick! It looks like the picture and instructions are always clear!

Basement appartement but spacious, not too dark and benefit of the use of the outside garden. Kitchen has everything you need, and there is ample storage space. Shower is one of the better I encountered in the US. Came here to attend a conference and will definitely book again if the conference returns to Chicago. Reliable, friendly host, no question was ever one too many.

A wonderful getaway place to go to for couples. The jacuzzi tub was amazingly relaxing and the location was peacefully quiet. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this place and will be coming back soon!!

Everything was great! The location was perfect—close to most of the attractions we visited during our stay. We really appreciated how well everything was set up. The honey was a lovely touch, and we especially enjoyed the peaceful, quiet atmosphere away from the city. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My daughter and I stayed at Izakaya Studio on a recent visit to Chicago. The studio is great and Brett made it so easy to locate everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The next time we stay I hope to spend more time exploring the neighborhood because there were so many restaurants and shops to choose from (lots of open-air patios and decks which would be so nice during the summer season). The walk to the blue line El stop felt safe and quick. We loved the studio's layout. The kitchen and bedroom areas were separate and Brett has two big, comfy chairs for relaxing, and ample island space for eating or using as a work space. My daughter had some virtual work meetings and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need for meal prep. We ate out each day, but our delicious breakfast take-out came from a place right up the street called Yolk. I highly recommend the Izakaya Studio for a relaxing and fun visit to Chicago.

In town for work and this was perfect place to stay for team. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Fulton Market while still providing a peacefully quiet setting. Bright, open and clean apartment with 3 large bedrooms. Nice kitchen for all meal-preparing needs If you don’t want to cook, no problem. Some of Chicago’s best restaurants are just a short walk or quick uber ride.

I was coming to Chicago to just have a quiet weekend away from work and the stresses of home. I wanted a few days to enjoy urban life peacefully doing a few things I enjoy. This spot checked off all the boxes for peaceful and private but also re adorably we'll located to hit all of the spots around Chicago. The place was exactly as pictured and clean. couldn't have been easier and I would stay here again. hosts were responsive. it was a great few days.

Supurb stay in Fulton Market! Seth was an outstanding host—responsive, welcoming, and accomidating. The apartment was spotless, well decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds and linens were especially cozy, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The location is superb—just steps away from a variety of highly rated restaurants. The neighborhood has a welcoming, upscale vibe, which added to our peace of mind. A quick heads-up: the unit is a second-floor walk-up accessed via a private entry. Inside, as you can see has the spiral staircase; a unique architectural feature, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, it’s something to keep in mind. Pack accordingly! 😉 Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again and agai

Great place to stay during our trip, looks exactly like the photos and felt very central to all the places we wanted to go. Train entrance was very close and several establishments within walking distance. Host was extremely helpful and proactive with check in assistance and responded quickly.
