Condo vacation rentals in South Sarasota

It was a lovely place with so many amenities that made you feel at home! Comfortable beds, nice appliances, great shower pressure, ceiling fans in every room. Lots of towels. The only thing we missed was a lanai but we were A-ok without it!

Tonya is everything you want in a host- professional, prompt responses and excellent service. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We loved being so close to the beach and everything Siesta Key had to offer.

Stayed with my husband and 3 year old for over a week and it was exactly what we needed! A great little condo that was very cute with nice bright colors. Area was very quiet from what we noticed but most of the time we were out and about. We did make use of the pool a few days and most of the time we were the only ones there which was nice!! Publix is right across the street, as well as some other stores so was very convenient to stock up on some food and drinks. There was a screened in balcony that was also a nice addition to go out and have some coffee in the morning or evenings. Plenty of bath towels and pillows/sheets/blankets. Had an assigned parking spot which wasn’t a far walk. There was also a closet full of beach chairs, beach towels an umbrella and sand toys which my daughter was so excited about. That was a pleasant surprise and was very convenient for us on beach days! All in all we had a great experience with no issues! Would stay again!

My mom and I got away for a long Mothers Day / birthday weekend at Sue's place. Exactly as pictured and advertised. We enjoyed the beach by day and St. Armonds Circle each night. walked home each night feeling safe! The bed and pillows were extra compfy! I would definitely return here and hope to again soon! Thanks Sue for the wonderful stay and quick communication when I missed some details needed. 🙃

The apartment is clean, included everything necessary for a comfortable stay in it. There were all the cleaning products: for the kitchen, bath, washing powder. Paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, beach towels. There were two chic chairs for the beach. The apartment is 10 minutes by car to the beach. Across the road is a grocery store. The only minus for us was the dull knives. Overall, everything is great, I recommend it.

We had a beautiful week at Martha’s condo!! We loved everything about it- spotlessly clean and well decorated, well stocked with towels, blankets, paper goods, kitchen items, beach gear… everything you could possibly be in need of. The view from the balcony is wonderful for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunset. The condo building and amenities were wonderful as well. The pool area was never crowded, many loungers, and a perfectly heated pool and hot tub. We found the location to be absolutely perfect- off a main road that takes you to downtown and beaches but tucked away and quiet. You can walk to downtown restaurants and shops and we even walked over the Lido Key bridge one evening to St. Armand’s Circle. Downtown Sarasota, beautiful Lido Key beach and St Armand’s Circle are all a quick 5-7 min car ride away. Martha was an excellent host, checked in on us and was responsive to anything we needed. We would return anytime without hesitation!! Just wonderful! Thankyou Martha!

Our first time to siesta key and suszanne’s place and won’t be our last. Both were wonderful places and a week was far too short. The condo was in a perfect place for us right by the water and close to the beach. Great sized pool and heated.Everything we needed was provided from kayak, SUPs and beach equipment. We can’t wait to come back.

This was my first time staying at a Airbnb so I was a little nervous. From the moment I booked Christian was amazing, he gave us a little travel guide that helped so much during our trip and communication was always extremely fast. Now to the Airbnb itself, super cozy, stocked with dishes, towels, extra linens, etc. The location was perfect, walking distance to a private beach, shuttle services available to take you around there’s also a beautiful dock and pool in the back. Everyone we met was extremely friendly it felt like we were back home just hanging out with our neighbors. I’d definitely recommend staying here we couldn’t have asked for a better host for our first booking.

We live in the area and had extensive home repairs ongoing, so we needed a place to stay nearby. The condo was perfect and a step up from other options we've used and at a price we could afford. We stayed two weeks and felt very comfortable. Everything was well cared for, clean, and easy to use. The condo felt spacious and the view over the water was simply gorgeous, featuring dozens of pelicans every day we were there. Inside, the layout was simple and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and each of the bedrooms was perfect for us. The expansive master bath with a lovely shower, washer/dryer, and storage closest gave us room to stay clean and organized. Parking was easy with a reserved spot close to the elevator, and the hosts gave excellent and proactive instructions on what to do and how to do it. We had no problems getting into the unit and appreciated how peaceful and safe the place felt.

It was a nice clean place. I would definitely stay at Robert's place again. It right around the corner from St. Armands Circle and close to beach. They had everything you need for your stay houseware and beach stuff.

Great location with lots to do in walkable restaurants. The host was great and the neighbors were great. Highly recommend.

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

Great place to stay— out of the hustle of the town center but close enough to everything that it’s still convenient. Walking distance to the beach which was quick and easy to get to. Would recommend!

An amazing stay! From the very beginning, communication with the hosts was immediate and clear. The house was spotless—very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. We also had access to scooters and kayaks, which was a fantastic bonus for exploring the area. The hosts were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this condo. Such a great location and close walk to the beach and playground. The condo is clean, airy, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the two balconies. The owner let us burrow a cart to haul the chairs that was also provided for the beach. My son especially loved playing with the boogie boards, also provided. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a truly exceptional experience staying at Zoya’s property. From the very beginning, she was extremely responsive, kind, and thoughtful. The check-in process was smooth and the home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Zoya went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during our stay. Extremely proactive and responsive host. Very nice condo which was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice pool, hot tub, and workout facility. Location was close to downtown, restaurants, beaches, golf, and shopping.

If you want to be right by the beach and have a quiet location then this place is exactly where you want to stay. This one bedroom condo had all of the amenities that you need for a beach trip . We brought our own cool cabana for extra sun protection, and Vincent supplied cooler , chairs, towels , sand toys, etc to enjoy a day at the beach. The holiday weekend(Memorial day) was very busy on the beach with lots of loud music which we did not enjoy. The people playing this loud music didn’t seem To care that other people were even on the beach. After The Weeknd the crowd seems to disburse. My husband and I went to Siesta key beach and drove out to Anna Marie island which we also enjoyed. The pool at the condo wa very nice , quiet with shaded areas, grills to cook if you wanted and noodles to float on. We alerted Vincent of a leaky kitchen faucet so he knows to have maintenance look at it and he responded right away. I would consider staying here again. Vincent was a wonderful host.

The easy check in was helpful since we got in late. The primary bed was very comfortable felt like we were at home. The beach equipment there to use was so thoughtful, even sand toys for our little one. We will be back soon! Thank you for a perfect week.

Absolutely 💯 just as the pictures and had everything we needed. First time we had to stay in someone else’s home as we have a place and would definitely do it again if we had to. Very clean comfortable and access to everything. Thank you again!!

We recently stayed here for 5 days. It is a great location as it is 10 minutes from siesta beach(pretty much a straight shot). I would also recommend leaving by at least 8am to get a decent parking spot at the beach(it fills up fast). There is a Publix(for groceries) and really good breakfast place right across the street from the apartment. They have 4 beach backpack chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and an umbrella as well as a small cooler perfect for 2 people to spend all day at the beach. The pool is a 2 min walk from the place as well. It was an easy check-in and the check out instructions were very clear and easy. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time.
