Vacation rentals with a fire pit in South Sarasota

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was a perfect size for our family and had everything we needed. The pool was a must and it didn't disappoint.

The hosts were very responsive and very helpful. Their home was spotless. The pool with the enclosure allowed you all the sunshine you could ask for without the bugs! The interior is very spacious and great for hosting dinner. With the turf back yard it’s the perfect hangout for adults and children! The hosts are very thoughtful with items available for the perfect beach day (beach wagon, chairs, a cooler, and lots of fun items for children! We will definitely be visiting again!

We couldn't have felt more at home here. Landon was very quick to respond, accommodating, very helpful with local recommendations and he was extremely nice and respectful. The house was clean and organized, spacious, it's in a very nice and quiet community but also within 5-10 minutes of so many things to do and places to eat. We highly recommend his place for a relaxing get away. If we ever go back to Sarasota, we will definitely be contacting Landon!

I will definitely go back and stay here again when in Sarasota. The new beautiful modern pool and hot tub area is amazing was so tranquil and well thought out with high end lounging/seating for 10+. I spent most of my free hours around the pool area when at the house. WIFI was great when needing to work. The location was an easy drive to the local restaurants and quaint downtown area 5-10 min., to the closer beaches 15 -30 min., was bicycle/walkable for me (I am 65 y/o). I was in town for a conference and also saw alot of people on nearby small/clean little open air trolley-like buses getting around downtown (might want to check those out). I felt safe and walked/explored to the downtown hotel area (~ 40 min.). So close to the convenient Sarasota/Bradenton airport (~20 )! The hosts were so responsive and genuinely caring, they anticipated my needs before I asked by offering suggestions and options, so worth the stay! Thank you to the hosts!

Such a great place to stay in an amazing area. Chad was a great, kind host to have and he’s very understanding! I also think it’s important to note that not very many hotels/air bnb’s have had a bed as comfortable as the one at this location (which made the stay even more enjoyable).

This property was beautiful and Tyler was very easy to work with. The neighborhood was quiet and the outside area was a relaxing space to end the day.

This was our 5th year at Chris's beautiful place. The location is the best. Walking distance from Payne Park, Marina Jack, and Marie Stelby Botanical Gardens. Also great location for driving to Seista Key Beach, and UTC shopping and dining. Just a great central location and quiet on a dead end street! Booked again for next year.

What a great place to stay! The reviews say it all. It seems that everything you may need has been considered. The location is perfect between the beach and short walk to Siesta Village.

Great stay at this Airbnb. It was so clean and tidy. I loved having access to the pool and the parking was convenient to the unit. Ewelina was very responsive. The location was a short drive to everything we needed. Not many things in walking distance but we had a car so it was easy to get around. We would stay here again!

The place was very clean and cozy! They offered beach supplies for our stay and were very helpful with any questions we had! The beds were very comfy! The house was very close to downtown, about a 5 minute walk and close to Lido Key and not too far from Siesta Key!

Peter and Pearl are awesome hosts! The Peaceful Retreat feels welcoming and cheerful, with very comfortable furnishings. These hosts have thought of everything! The location is great too, whether you walk or drive. We were in Sarasota to attend graduation at RCAD and the location was perfect!

Everything was perfect! Check-in was perfect, and the location was too! The pool was amazing, and having access to the lounge chairs was a god-sent! Would def stay here again.

Lovely, private, peaceful place to stay in Sarasota. It was perfect for the 2 of us and much bigger than expected. Nice outdoor area to sit and relax. 100 recommended!
