Conveniently positioned self contained comfortable flat near the winter Gardens/hounds Hill shopping centre/beach, all just a 5mins walk. Train/bus station under 10mins. Free private parking. This is an upstairs flat although just one flight of stairs **the breakfast.. This is in the form of a small welcome pack containing cereal/milk which is handy for the guests who chose to stay just one night, there are of course many cafes etc The apartment is self check in. You have exclusive access to the flat but lounge area is owner's "lived in" space so expect books etc. Microwave, but no use of cooker due to previous incidents (insurance demand.) Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE. It's 3 miles to Blackpool town centre with a great bus service and shops a two minute walk away. I live downstairs and guests occupy the first floor, set up as an apartment with their own access. There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.
