Beautiful cottage, loved the decor, bigger inside than outside, absolutely loved it. Great view at the back of the historic cemetery. Very welcoming, cosy vibe. We will definitely be returning. Hosts are great at communicating. Fabulous find !!!

We booked the property as a base for the end of season football celebrations in Liverpool as oppose to staying in the city itself. The property was perfect for a party of 4 & ideally situated around a 15 minute walk to the train station in Southport even though the journey into the city was a little long at over 45 minutes. We would definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

Lovely massive house for the family can sleep 15 easy so much space in all the rooms great location 10/15 minutes walk from the start of lords street, garden is great big trampoline, hot tub, football posts, ping pong table, garden furniture and bbq some undercover. We was left some little treats as we booked for special birthday and we was let in an hour earlier and greeted by host. Some of the decorations has aged but that doesn't effect the your stay will definitely return and recommend

Travelling from Australia, this was a great safe spot to keep our motorcycles out of eyes view on the way to the Isle Of Man TT. House was beautiful, spotlessly clean. Appreciated the fresh milk, and bread for a quick breakfast in the morning. Was surprised that we could get an Uber and had a great meal at the Fleece Inn and only cost £6 each way. Would be a great place to stay for more nights

We had a wonderful stay at Katie's beautifully decorated home. The house is quiet and within walking distance to Ormskirk. We enjoyed exploring the local areas around the home too. Katie's communication was faultless and she had thought of everything to make us feel at home. Thank you!

Such a wonderful stay! This cottage was neat and spacious, as was the garden out back. The hot tub was clean and well-maintained, felt great, and was easy to operate. Town is just a short walk through some really nice and scenic fields, with a Booths supermarket, a number of tempting restaurants, fun little shops, and interesting history all within easy reach. Really relaxing, quiet, and comfortable.

this is a great house for a group of friends or a large family, plenty of bathrooms and beds,, well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating in the lounge, great location for exploring Lytham,St Anne's. great restaurants near by, plenty of shops and just a few minutes walk to the beach, ample parking too

Loved our stay

We booked last minute on Friday for our BH stay. The caravan is beautiful and private with gorgeous views over the Ribble valley. Julie and Faye were so responsive in their messages, I asked a LOT of questions haha but they were so helpful with lots of recommendations of things to do. The caravan is clean and has absolutely everything you need and more. We really loved staying there and will be booking again soon. Don’t think twice about booking! The decking facing the views was such a treat! Thanks Julie and Faye for a really lovely peaceful weekend! x

My partner, 2 year old son and I stayed here for a long weekend. Linzi was very helpful with clear communication and the property was exactly as shown, if anything more spacious than the photos give it credit for. The location was ideal for us and whilst we were out and about a lot the site was very peaceful and had good open areas nearby.

Beautiful caravan super spacious and clean. Fantastic location close to moorcombe bay. Lisa was extremely helpful from booking to checkout would defiantly recommend and stay again.

We had a lovely few nights, children enjoyed walking and the Lego was a big winner. Everything we needed to just have sometime at a home away from home

Peter was a great friendly host! We absolutely loved our stay and wish we had booked for longer! It was even more better than the photos and so clean and HUGE!! We can’t wait to hopefully stay again in the future! Definitely the best caravan we’ve stayed in!

Absolutely stunning place. I would go as far to say the best we’ve ever stayed in. Looks just like the photos and as described. Completely rural location, lots of lovely walks right on the doorstep. Cate & Ian were super welcoming, friendly & helpful whenever we required something. Will definitely be returning.

Such a lovely place, had a nice girly weekend for my hen do with my bridesmaids and maid of honour and the hosts were really sweet. They were happy to co-ordinate with my maid of honour so the whole thing was a really nice surprise and it was overall really private and peaceful with such stunning views. Would highly recommend and think we will definitely be booking again 🤍

My son and I stayed at Dot’s Shepherd’s Hut over half-term, and saying we loved it would be an understatement. It’s the perfect base for exploring the hills - just step outside and you’re surrounded by breathtaking scenery. We especially enjoyed the outdoor fire in the evenings, toasting s’mores under the stars. Seeing the smile on his face made it worth every penny. If you’re looking to spend real quality time with your children and get them away from screens and PlayStations, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back.

Phill and Yardi and friendly hosts. Well organised instructions prior to arrival and were available if we needed any help during our stay. Private, clean accommodation with the use of a private hot tub if you wish. Would recommend staying here.

Great stay, just what we needed to unwind. Great location and was very peaceful. The lodge had everything we needed and the bath was dreamy! Thank you again, it was a fab way to celebrate our 7th anniversary!

We had a lovely stay. It was my partner and I’s first trip away and we had our doggie too! Instructions were very clear and was able to find the lodge easily when using What3Words. The lodge was in impeccable condition and we were welcomed with some milk, butter, bread and doggie treats! Thank you so much! Gorgeous area that we’d like to return to one day! Highly recommend. The barn was absolutely lovely. Situated in a very private location. The surroundings are amazing and just as Mel described with each window literally like looking at a beautiful landscape picture. So peaceful. The perfect location to decompress. You have never heard silence like it ! The property and amenities themselves were perfectly as described. Very cleverly designed property with the split levels. Everything we needed and the absence of those we did not (No TV). Special mention for the bed and bedding. It was the most comfortable bed and pillows in any rental/ hotel we have experienced. The property has walks available right out of the door. But the one we chose had some steepish inclines and drops up to the top of the moor and absolutely gave our legs a work out. We knew we had done it ! The perfect weekend to decompress. Thankyou for such a lovely property and location.
