Kid-friendly vacation rentals in South Philadelphia

Allison & Timothy are exceptional hosts. They gave precise instructions which are easy to follow. Their place is super clean and very nice. They responded to our messages usually within minutes if not immediately. The neighborhood is also very nice with friendly neighbors too. Highly recommended!

Very clean and airy one bedroom with enough beds to accommodate a whole family! Young was very responsive and accommodating. The area is very safe and even though we arrived late in the evening, we were able to find free parking under the I95 bridge a short walk away. My understanding is typically the numbered streets going north and south also have free parking for non permit holders too, but we arrived too late to find those spots.

Beautifully curated space and good linens! I felt energized in the clean and artistic space. Not basic boring or overly cluttered w mismatched items. Despite the challenges of the layout w bathroom on second floor, it was a lovely place to stay and relax. Sandra was amazing with response time and ideas.

Very homey in a quiet neighborhood. Full kitchen made it very easy to cook. Comfortable rooms. Spacious and airy. Good WiFi. It was a perfect stay for myself, my kid and my dog. Decent street parking. It was perfect. Highly recommend.

I thought this place was incredible. Some reviews say there isn't much space but for a city home, I was amazed by the space. Entry was easy. Small living area next to kitchen with nice new Roku enabled tv (each bedroom has one as well). Nice welcome basket with snacks. AC worked great in all rooms on hot humid day. Basement would work well if some kids wanted to play board games. Good selection of dishes, glasses. Silverware, toaster. Didn't use over or dishwasher. Big fridge even had Brita jug. Beds were comfy. Shower worked fine. Roof deck has really nice view of some downtown buildings. Easy walk to Target, Giant and Sprouts. Subway just a few blocks away If we are ever in Philadelphia again, this is the spot!

This was the perfect place for our long weekend stay in Philly. The location was ideal, the space was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated, and our hosts Andrew and Nicole were so helpful and responsive.

I stayed here with my husband and my sister/brother-in-law. We spent the weekend in Philly for a Post Malone concert. Elise's place is in a great location. We were able to walk to and from the stadium (roughly 1.3 mile walk), the neighborhood is safe, but an Uber is also just 10 min for about $20 and easy to get matched with drivers. There are many cute and highly rated restuarants within walkable distance. The apartment is spacious and there is decent privacy since the rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. We had a great time and will definitely choose this place again the next time we are in Philly.

We loved this location. We walked to the Italian Market every day. It's so close. There is a bagel shop across the street as well. Apartment was exactly as pictured. We loved everything.

I would most definitely stay here again! The location was ideal for exploring, walking distance from most things! We felt very safe the entire time, which is important to us as young females traveling. The apartment was clean and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

The neighborhood is amazing and perfect for eating and and getting around. The space was very lovely, nicely decorated, amenities as promised and clean!

I had an amazing time, Pictures look exactly like listing in person, very affordable and convenient, host was very responsive and helpful. The only issue I was having was when I was washing the dishes in the front room I noticed the water was not getting hot, water was only cold. Other than that everything else was good.

Place was clean and easy to find. There are some steps so if you can, pack light! Loved the rooftop deck and decor of the place.

We had a great weekend at Patty's place! Great location in the heart of Old City and walkable to many great restaurants, cafe's, other neighborhoods etc. Very clean, just like the photos, and easy to get in and out. Would definitely recommend for your Philly-stay!

I love this airy bight place in Queen Village. This was my second stay and would highly recommend it.

So the townhome was AWESOME! looks just like its described. We only had an issue with the door because being from the south we’re not used to keypads like that. So you’ll put the code in and then the knob lol! Glad the neighbor helped us out. Andrea was very helpful and fast with responses.

Super cute spot in a great neighborhood—extremely walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. For Philly it was a relatively good price and an all around good value. We would definitely stay again, especially as the location was near to our good friend!

This is my second time staying in one of Jonathan's places. I'm already planning another stay for early next year. We just absolutely love the space, the area, and Jonathan! The place is exactly as listed, clean, comfortable, and in close proximity to everything + easy and free parking!!!! Highly recommend staying here!

For being my first Airbnb stay I was very satisfied with this place! Looks just like the photos and much beautiful feel in person. Danni's place is five stars all around! It is spacious, family-friendly, and immaculately clean with everything that you would need for a relaxing stay to feel like you are right at home. Great linens, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen if you decide to cook a few meals during the stay (thank you for the snacks!). Danni's home is super walkable--within a few blocks from great restaurants and shops, as well as some of the top sights in the city, yet still quiet and peaceful. The rooftop view is stunning! Danni is one of the best hosts I've encountered. She responded to all questions instantly, provided flexible check-in/check-out arrangements, and made my out-of-town guests feel at ease. She was extremely accommodating and did a great job anticipating the needs of her guests. No need to look further--book Danni's place before someone else does!

Very clean apartment with plenty of space. Kitchen, living room, beds and bath are all really nice. Our host Bin is friendly and responsive. Groceries store and coffee shops are <5 minute walk. A very short commute to city center by buses/subway with lots of things to do. We really enjoyed our stay here.
