Enjoy the amenities at LIV including indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, Pickleball /tennis, 18 hole-par 3 Golf Course, tennis, shuffle board, mini golf, gym, restaurant and so much more! Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is a $90 fee that will be paid directly to Long Island Village

Bedrooms have a television capable of streaming. This property comes with a boat lift and a private dock to fish from. You will have the entire top unit and deck to yourselves. The bottom unit is not for rent so you will be by yourself on the property.

Fully furnished; The solar screened in porch overlooking the Long Island Village channel allows you sit outside without the worry of mosquitos. Enjoy all the amenities LIV has to offer! LIV does have a one time resort fee of $90 dollars that covers parking passes and access to all amenities that is payed at the front office.

Beautiful modern 2 bedroom 2 bath family cottage. Check in starts at Resort Center for parking pass and amenities wristbands. An $90 administrative fee has to be paid to HOA for the parking and the amenities wristbands. If Long Island Village Resort Center is closed, drive to the security gate. Key pad will give you instructions to contact security to register for the night ***Registration must be completed next morning***. You will be able to access all areas of the home. Great location!
