Very nice and comfy Condo. Great location and the interior of the condo was decorated tastefully and the kitchen was very well stocked which is always very important to us. Communicating with our host was easy. We had a great time. Do note, the Condo complex feels a bit strict at times: coolers are not allowed near the pool and there even is a very graphic sign of what is considered a reasonable "Bathing attire". The Condo complex seems a bit old and is currently undergoing construction at one of its wings.

Perfect get away spot

We had a great time and experience. The house is beautiful, cozy, comfortable, and just wonderful all around. The structure of the house is cute and modern. The pool and backyard were on point and great. While we were there we used the BBQ pit to grill some hamburgers and that was great, too. Serena our host was super responsive and got things done with no effort- or at least on our end- she is great! Thanks for hosting us and we will be returning for sure! The whole trip was a 5 star experience. Oh and this is the wife of the guest sharing our experience!

We had a wonderful stay. Marcelo’s property was able to accommodate 3 couples (2 couples each with a baby and 1 couple with a dog). The location was a short distance from the beach, with walking distance to a beach access point. The property was clean at check-in, which made the stay more enjoyable as we were able to just move all of our luggage and without worrying about having to clean anything ourselves. The only thing that we had a problem with was the fact that there were no extra trash bags for the kitchen. With six adults and two babies, we filled that back up within the first day of us being there. However, the hosts were able to coordinate with the cleaningcrew, and arranged for more bags to be dropped off to the unit. Overall, our stay was amazing and would definitely book again.

This is a great property! Absolutely beautiful, and a nice quiet area of South Padre Island. We even left a phone at the property and the team was able to ship it back to us within the next day. Seriously impressed! We will return in the future next time we go to SPI.

Great central-SPI location with easy, direct, access to the beach. Great Oceanview balcony too.

Our stay for our large family was perfect. We were impressed with all the extra space throughout the home & being near to entertainment spots. We highly recommend staying there!

The home was very cozy and clean. It was also surrounded by beautiful scenery. Location was perfect for a quick fishing get away and drive to the beach. Not only did the host have quick communication but also returned an item that my son forgot. They are very trust worthy. We will definitely be booking again in the near future. I 100% recommend this home and host.

It was a great place to stay if you’re in the area. Although the WiFi didn’t work and the tv’s are outdated. There was plenty of other things to do in the house

Everything in the house was beautiful and incredibly clean. We really appreciated the beach chairs and other beach gear available for us to use it made our stay even more enjoyable. The house was also well-stocked with both beach and shower towels, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location couldn’t have been better just a short 13-minute walk to the grocery store and nearby shops, and only about 5 minutes to the beach. Plus, the house is conveniently situated between two beach access points, which made getting to the water super easy.

A great place in the middle of SPI! Great access to the beach on one side and to restaurants and shops on the other side. Very walkable. Our family of 6 (2 parents, 4 teens) would happily stay again. Probably best suited for a family of 4, but 6 can do it. The pool and hot tub are shared by the units but we often had it to ourselves. The king bed is super comfortable!

Wow! This home was beautiful, well kept, plenty of towels (and beach towels), well furnished, spotless, plenty of beach equipment (wagon, chairs, etc.), AC worked GREAT, the list goes on and on. The pictures provided were spot on and literally and skip and hop away from the beach. It’s been over 20 years since we have been to South Padre, and this home not only did not disappoint, but has us eager to return. I cannot forget also a GREAT HOST! Communication leading up to our stay, during and afterwards was much appreciated on the expectations of us.

Absolutely amazing experience! Perfect for our group trip! Super spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The highlight? Hands down the game room; we spent hours laughing, playing, and bonding. It had everything we needed for fun nights in. The location was great too, just minutes from the beach and restaurants. Whether you're planning a family getaway or a trip with friends, I totally recommend this place, especially for big groups. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice home very comfortable and spacious attentive host

My family truly enjoyed a relaxing time while staying here. Everything we wanted to see or do was less than a 10 min drive. The house was clean and in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. My kids enjoyed having a private pool. I I’ll definitely book this house again the next time we are in South Padre Island.

The family loved the swimming pool . The house was down street and around the corner from the beach. Which was awesome, lots restaurants and things to do within walking distance.

This is such a great house and location. The view is unbelievable and we had such a great time!!
