Beach Pit

This house is a property our family calls the Beach Pit. It was one of the original beach houses on the Island and some of its original features remain; vaulted slat ceilings and black and white parquet floors. Watch the world go by through the big bay windows, enjoy the beach wagon for time at the beach or hunker down and watch a movie. Dogs welcome at no extra charge, fully fenced yard. There is a security camera on the front of house facing door & a security camera facing back deck outside.

A balcony view showcases the ocean beyond with numerous beach umbrellas set up on the sand. Two chairs and a small table are positioned on the balcony, inviting relaxation while enjoying the coastal scenery.
