Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in South Holland

We felt very comfortable with Ilse and Mark. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect! Mark gave us a very warm welcome. We could even store our bikes in a shed and lock it. We highly recommend the accommodation and would book again immediately.

Hans was a great host, the check in process was smooth, and we loved seeing the artwork and ceramics in his gallery and throughout the apartment. The location was perfect for exploring Gouda and the surrounding areas. We had a great stay and would 100% recommend!!

Had a wonderful long weekend with children and grandchildren in this spacious fantastic cozy house. Spacious, each with its own spaces and nice sailing in the sloop with lots of fun on the water for the grandchildren. The weather was great and that was really nice😎🚤🚣‍♀️🌞🥳🎈👏

Michel was a wonderful host, always available and very nice and helpful. He is constantly striving to make the stay as pleasant as possible. We really liked the house with the layout of the garden by the water and the beautiful view from the living room and terrace. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a lot to explore in the area. Karin's place is wonderful. It is strategically super, as the surrounding towns/cities are not far away. You can reach it easily on foot or by bike. The accommodation is as described and is quiet and a bit remote. We felt very comfortable. Karin was a very pleasant host. Thank you again for everything.

Nice house with a good location. From there, we can easily visit Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Delicious breakfast supplies, including freshly squeezed orange juice and delicious apples. We also used the bikes to tour the surroundings, which was very nice. It has private parking on the premises.

If you are wanting to stay anywhere in this area, this amazing home is the place to be. The location is in the heart of the beautiful historic village. The home is stocked as well as you would want your own to be. The beds are very comfortable and the view upstairs is like something out of a storybook, and considering the extent that this historic farmhouse has been restored and re-imagined... it is. The furnishing and decor should be in a magazine. From Corrie’s warm welcome and the apple tart on arrival to coffee and meals on the patio with a lovely view of the church tower, we had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Easy walking and biking distance to the working windmill, delicious restaurants, ice cream, and the ferries. Quite a highlight of our time in the Netherlands. The apartment was really tastefully and comfortably furnished and it had everything you needed. It is quietly located and has its own entrance as well as its own terrace area in front of the door. Paula is a really friendly and helpful host and always responded quickly if you had a question. Feel-good factor high ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The accommodation is very clean and modern. Many cities around Noordwijk can be reached very easily by car. The area is very quiet and familiar. We felt very comfortable and would come back again and again.

A great place to stay. Everything was available from A - Z. We had the bikes with us, there is also a shelter for them. Cycling there is wonderful. And sitting by the river in the evening is just a dream 😍 It was the 1st but definitely not the last time!!!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Yvonne’s beautifully designed apartment. It was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped inside and out. The peaceful setting made it an ideal home base for exploring the area’s rich nature, history, and culture. Yvonne and Rob were such kind and welcoming hosts — we truly appreciated their generosity and hospitality. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

It was a nice short trip and the place was ideal for it. We felt very comfortable and Jannette and Niko were very friendly and helpful. The couple also owns a restaurant, with really good cuisine and very friendly staff. Absolutely recommended if you are there!

Michiel and Marjolein are wonderful hosts. Their beautiful property is truly idyllic. The living space is very comfortable and intelligently planned - as guests, we felt very much at home. It was a joy in the mornings to wake early and hear the birdsong (so many varieties!) and sit with coffee by the beautiful pond overlooked by a majestic willow and wildflowers. The property is so private and very conveniently situated. We were really inspired by the gardens and are already planning our next visit! Lovely apartment, very spacious and clean, super nice and considerate host, great views of historic Leiden (including the windmill!), close by all the sights in historic Leiden, wonderful outside patio. Would definitely stay there again!

Katiche's place was perfect for our short trip. Everything we needed was there. The proximity to the water is perfect There is a private parking space, which makes arrival and departure super relaxed. Katiche was extremely helpful. We felt very comfortable and slept restfully on the comfortable bed. Thank you!

The stay was super nice! It was a great cottage for 2 people! You had plenty of space and it was nice and quiet! You had everything you needed. Great and quiet location!

I personally found it one of the nicest AirBNBs I've ever slept in. If you like vintage, you will appreciate the charm of the apartment. I would have liked to pack up the furniture directly and rebuild it at my home. :-) Everything was very clean and the beds totally comfortable. My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

The apartment worked very well for three of us for a 9-night stay. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, champagne, and chocolate! The hosts were gracious, proactive, and helpful when we had questions or needs. The space is clean, well-lit, and modern, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Our daughter declared the sleep sofa the most comfortable she's ever slept on! The entry stairs are steep, but with the sturdy railing and good lighting we felt quite safe on them. The neighborhood has gems for dining and shopping, and you can walk to the City center. A laundromat that takes credit/debit cards is 4 blocks away. Tram stops are close, and they run on a frequent schedule. Parking is limited, so renting a bike is ideal. The bike lanes and traffic signals make it safe and easy to ride throughout the city. Venturing farther is possible by renting an electric car by the hour through the MyWheels app. Their cars are conveniently parked at charging stations around the neighborhood.

The host filled the fridge with an unexpected treat of drinks and wine, which pleasantly surprised us. There was a lot of space in the apartment, it was generally nice. I was a little cold at night, but on hot days it will be great. You could hear the footsteps of the people living above us and how someone was using the water, because the house was built a long time ago. Definitely a very nice garden. Very kind and helpful Host.

This was our second time staying with Margriet – and once again, everything was absolutely perfect! She was very flexible with the check-in and even let us arrive earlier, which was a big help. The place is cozy, spotless, and ideally located – just a short walk from the beach. We loved exploring the beautiful area with the two bikes that were provided. Margriet was always available, full of great tips, and even offered to drive us herself – so kind and thoughtful! Thank you so much, Margriet – it definitely won’t be our last visit!

We were greeted personally by Remy and he showed us the apartment and explained the operation of the hot tub. He also gave us recommendations for the area. We could always reach him by message and he was very helpful. The apartment and hot tub are very private, so you feel comfortable. In addition, the accommodation was super clean and fresh flowers set pleasant accents.

Great apartment with good amenities in an optimal location to the beach and the promenade. Very quiet. Very friendly and nice contact. Loving decor with small touches. Kitchen with coffee machine. Coffee, jam were even included. Parking nearby. However, we did not move the car during our stay. Everything was good and easy to reach by bike and public transport. If there was anything to complain about, a few hooks for jackets inside would be good. You don't have a sea view from the apartment, but just around the corner and you were there. Conclusion: We were here in the area for the first time. If we want to come here again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment.

We were very pleased with simply everything. Baudewyn was always super accessible and helped us with many recommendations. We were also able to check in earlier, which was really great.☀️ The dog beach, a nature reserve and a very great dog forest were very close. The bus and train connections were also simply tip top. Here you can have a great vacation, especially with a dog. Highly recommended!
