This chalet is within 6x4 and has a kitchen (with microwave oven and fridge), bathroom with shower and toilet, a cozy bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 with a step) and plenty of storage space. The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) easily involves you to the living space. You really sit in the (swimming)water of the clean lake. Easily accessible (20 km from Amsterdam, 15 km from Utrecht, 3 km from the A2). Bicycles available; battery-powered boats, a sloop, and a sailboat available for rent. Wonderful retreat in 't Sluis Huisje located on the Vliet, within walking distance of the bustling lock of Leidschendam. The accommodation is located in the back of our deep backyard with its own entrance and private garden. The location is ideally located between 2 worlds, on the one hand the urban cozy life, on the other hand also the possibility to enjoy nature and the water. Burgundian enjoyment, but also shopping, paddle boarding, cycling or a nice walk, it's all possible here!

Great chalet to relax with the family, with many play options for kids of any age. The area is very green with lots of outdoor space around the house. Open up the patio doors, take a nap in the hammock or BBQ next to the terras. Within walking distance you find a historic harbour town, with a supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Close by you find a nature reserve and many beaches. There are many activities on the island too. Enjoy! 🏠 The chalet was fully renovated in April 2022.

Our chalet for 2 consists of a cozy living room with spacious lounge seating area, HD television, open kitchen, equipped with an oven and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom with box spring beds and television. A bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. In the large garden of 200m2 on the water, there is a garden and lounge set to enjoy the outdoors.
