We rented Silvia's house for 9 days and it's very tastefully decorated. You can cook and prepare small things well and the terrace is very nice. As a starting point for trips to Rotterdamm, Delft and Gouda, it is very convenient. We will be happy to come back! Delia & Marco

Mariel's place is perfect for special occasions. I really enjoyed the amenities! It feels private in the apartment, as the building seems to exclude regular living spaces. There is another apartment alike on the same floor – the soundproofing in between is good, so I couldn't hear the neighbors. The host is very friendly, communicative, well-thought and intentional of the place, there were fresh flowers and only real plant in the apartment. The only inconvenience was the noise from lively traffic outside, since it's very close to the station – which is really convenient on one hand, but not as perfect in case of higher sensitivity issues. If you don't get overstimulated by sound – this place is perfect, as it's absolutely a rare gem.

Had a great weekend! The room was very cozy and cozy. The jacuzzi was amazing, perfect temperature and well sheltered between the greenery and the atmospheric lighting. We really enjoyed it! The accommodation is located in a beautiful area, outside the hustle and bustle of Leiden where you are in no time.

Ellen is very nice and quick to reply when you need some kind of support. The apartment is very specious and bright, the balcony is a big plus. Would gladly visit again!

The apartment is really nice and it is very easy to move in the city. The position is also good to reach the central station with the tram number 17 and also the city center (also 15 minutes by foot). Ashwin was very kind and reactive. He has given to me a lots of suggestions and the check in was super easy. I really suggest this apartment for all.

Very nice weekend spent in this apartment located 30 minutes from Amsterdam by car. Everything was thought out for our dog and it was nice. Clean apartment and close to all amenities. Small downside on the access to the door that required a hand and the bare wires that could be dangerous.

This place is truly magical. 🩷 My friends and I always like to book a trip/night away to celebrate Christmas. This year, it was truly special. Martin and Hilde are amazing and made us feel like home. We have also used the wellness area (which is a MUST DO), the house was magically decorated for Christmas (included toilets) and we HAD A BLAST in a premium location! Accommodation, cleaning, communication was more than 5 starts! Well done 🙌 we can’t wait to come back for summer. Thanks for this unforgettable weekend away!

What an interesting place to stay - very historic and clearly much loved by the family who own it. It is full of antiques, curiosities and paintings. We were bike touring so particularly appreciated the lovely hot shower and the sauna.

we felt very comfortable. the location is fantastic! the house is well equipped. especially, Ingrid and Robert were so easily accessible. unfortunately, the house was quite dusty.. Ingrid also seemed very upset that the cleaning company had cleaned poorly and was accommodating. we still liked it very much! especially the outdoor area and the sauna are fantastic!!!

Spent a week in the beautiful vacation home of Marleen and Wout. The house was perfectly equipped, everything was very well maintained, excellent!!! Communication with Marleen and Wout also worked out great and they always provided us with all the important information quickly. From Herkingen you can easily reach all excursion destinations by car. We were very, very pleased that we were able to spend our week in Herkingen in this beautiful vacation home. very nice cottage, lovingly furnished! Everything is on one level, so you don't have to climb stairs. Ideal for 4 people. 2 bedrooms with double beds that are very comfortable! Each room has a shower and toilet. Beautiful terrace with evening sun and unobstructed view! The city center of Zierikzee can be reached in a few minutes on foot, the surrounding beaches can be reached quickly by car! Overall highly recommended!

We were there with 4 women. Nice, quiet area to relax. We were warmly welcomed with chocolate and a handwritten message. All rooms were very clean and nicely furnished. The highlight was the hot tub, which is easy to use. Despite the rainy weather, we were able to enjoy our stay.

Tim was an excellent host and personally took great care of our well-being. The apartment is very quiet, yet you are quite quickly in the city center and after a nice walk on the beautiful beach, which is not crowded. The large terrace is also very beautiful. All in all a very nice stay.

We have stayed in many Airbnbs in Western Europe over many years and Hermanus is the most outstanding host we have ever encountered.
