Welcome to our charming two-bedroom apartment. Recently converted it offers a comfortable and modern living space, perfect for a relaxing getaway. With its convenient location and fantastic amenities, it's the ideal choice for your next break. Entrance Hall, Open Plan Lounge/Dining/Kitchen, Bathroom, Main Bedroom boasts a king-size bed. The 2nd bedroom features two single beds that can be easily converted into a king-size bed if needed. The apartment benefits from underfloor heating.

This is our family home- we are based in a gorgeous village 10 mins from Tiverton. A stone’s throw from several wedding venues, our place would be an ideal stay over for a family who want a home to call your own for the duration of your stay. Fantastic walks on the doorstep, river access and Exmoor a short drive away, we are a superb base for a Devon holiday. We are 45-minutes from north Devon, Exmouth, Teignmouth and 25mins from Exeter. An ideal home for a peaceful retreat!

Stylish town centre cottage with parking, a couple of minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and beaches. It is spacious and generously equipped with Wi-Fi, central heating and a private courtyard with parking for one car. The cottage has four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds. My place is good for family holidays with kids, group get-togethers, business travellers, romantic couple holidays and is dog friendly.

Our home is in a fantastic location with stunning seaviews over the golf course. The south facing garden is great for children, dogs and barbecues. The children will be kept entertained with an inground trampoline, basket swing and the adults can relax in the garden! The beach is 500 meters from the house with amazing sandy beaches, surf and the Seapool for calm swimming even on the biggest wave days. .
