Dolphins Beach Retreat at Widemouth Bay, Cornwall

DavidRating, 5 stars12 months ago
Lovely house and garden minutes from a great beach. The open plan living space was great for our holiday. The house was great for our (soon to be) two year old daughter. Bedrooms were spacious and the whole place had a nice feel.

Comfortable bungalow near Widemouth beach

AllyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
What a great find! This bungalow was lovely, comfortable, warm and homely. There was a games console and dvds (although we didn’t get chance to try them). The beds were really comfy. The views from the holiday village were amazing…Even on the most miserable of days. We stayed during half term, so there was a bit of kids entertainment on most evenings in the family bar, but even if there wasn’t, there are books and games galore, besides the outdoor ones. Limited food availability (very basic) but there is a lovely restaurant across the road in walking distance too. Close enough to travel to any other Cornwall sights. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us.

Fabulous Beachside Bungalow in Bigbury on Sea

RuthRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Fantastic. 3 min walk to dog friendly beach. Is a bit far to anywhere to walk to eat other than Venus Cafe if you have your 87 year old mum with you but house is so gorgeous you could happily stay in and enjoy the view from the dining table.

KarenRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We stayed at palms 34 and it was everything we had hoped for, clean tidy and quiet. Perfect location, lots to do, beaches close by Westwood ho 5 mins walk, Bude beach 45min drive. Putsborough beach 40min drive (definitely worth going as secluded and quiet , great beach cafe seving excellent food). Kam was the perfect host and was clear on instructions for everything, super friendly and attentive and responsive , would recommend palms 34 if you want a great quiet peaceful holiday, Westwood ho beach close by , lots of shops ice-cream and things to do but also to travel further afield as its the perfect location to go further up north to putsborough and Woolacombe beaches for the day, also within distance to go south towards Bude. Lovely holiday would definitely visit again.

Seafront Beach House with Panoramic Views

GeorgeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Just back from a fantastic three nights at Paul’s place. The location of the house is fabulous, just 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. It felt very homely and comfortably sleeps 8 Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea and beach was sublime. Drinks up in the bar on the top decking at the back of the house in the evening with stunning views was real bonus. There are plenty of games to keep you occupied and we didn’t turn the TV on, not once. A nice spacious kitchen and a dinning room table that sits 8. We walked over to Burgh Island for a lovely meal at The Pilchard. Had a dip in the sea. Played golf at the very friendly and welcoming Bigbury and Thurlestone golf clubs and rounded it all off with a final meal at The Oyster Shack, only 10 minutes drive away. Will be back with the family. Thank you. George W

5 Manorcombe Bungalow - Cornwall

SimonaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We stayed at this house for 4 nights with our family and had a great experience overall. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay — except for a coffee machine, which we missed quite a bit. Other than that, everything was just right. Matthew was very friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to others!

'Bramble Cottage' bungalow with optional hot tub.

BethRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The house was secluded but perfect. Well equipped, clean and peaceful. Given Helen lives right next door any questions we had were easily answered and she was incredibly responsive via the airbnb messenger in the lead up to the stay. There are lots of local walks and recommendations as part of the welcome pack and some really thoughtful touches including freshly baked scones with jam and clotted cream - yum! The local pub (the Bush Inn) is only a 20 minute walk away down quiet roads and has amazing views over the sea. Run by a fab couple and good food and drink selection on hand. What more could you want! Bude is just a short drive away which has more on offer, but we mainly stuck to the local area. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. I will definitely be staying again!

We had a wonderful stay at Amy's bungalow. Everything was clean, and it was the best-provisioned Airbnb we've ever stayed in. The kitchen was VERY well equipped; it just felt like 'home from home.' The bedrooms and living room were comfortable and the view from the kitchen window was lovely. Very peaceful too. highly recommended!

Quirky and characterful annexe in seaside location

AngelaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We contacted Louise on Saturday night to ask a few questions about the property as we were in need of somewhere to stay from Sunday onwards, Louise answered swiftly and accurately our queries & we booked the property from the Sunday until the following Saturday. Louise sent us full and detailed instructions of the location, how to access and useful information like wifi codes etc and we arrived the next day. We were so pleased with the accommodation, it is quirky and filled with interesting items, there was access to the garden which is being cultivated to encourage bees, butterflies and birds and the property was immaculate, everything we needed was provided as well as things we didn't need. There was a host of local information available and the most comfortable bed away from home we have ever slept in. The location is a 15 minutes stroll from Dawlish Warren Beach, which is stunning, with views across to Exmouth. Five stars for Louise & Darren for being the perfect hosts.
