Vacation rentals with a kayak in South-Coastal São Paulo

What a wonderful experience I had in the accommodation, big house, very airy , great location I did not need to use a car to go to the market ,square or events. Cleia always attentive , always thinking about our well-being. I will definitely return and it will be the first house I will remember to check availability.

Eliane's place was sensationally beautiful and we felt extremely comfortable. All her tips for restaurants and things to do were useful. Eliane was always very flexible - both on arrival and departure. We would love to come back to this little paradise with its own pool, jetty and canoe. Such a great place to stay in a beautiful nature reserve is really something special.

Spectacular house. Beautiful, clean, cozy, safe, in a privileged location with a background to the river. The best part of our trip was coming back to this house when we were going out somewhere. It has everything the guest needs and more. It has card games, trays, dominoes... The garage has a ramp access to the river and has kayak, standup, etc... Wonderful stay. If someone has questions about renting this house, they can rent it without fear. It caters to all tastes. Not to mention, the view of the sunrise that can be seen from the balcony of the house. Oh, and you can fish from the balcony too, or in the kayak that is available in the garage. There is not enough space in this review to describe the wonders this house offers. I'm leaving, making my next reservation now.

Our stay was perfect. The space is very quiet, peaceful and quiet. We were very well attended by the host, Patrícia, who always responded promptly and also by Marcos, a housekeeper from the space and who takes care of this paradise with a lot of love. All accommodations were quite clean as were the collective spaces. We also noticed the care in the details, toilet paper and soap and hand towel in all the bathrooms, all the kitchenware available, first aid kit, candles if the power went out... anyway, everything is perfect!!! The house has a brief trail to the dam which is such a beautiful sanctuary and also the place is located in the state park of jurupará so there is still a waterfall nearby. The space accommodated 15 adults and a baby with a lot of comfort and privacy. The hard part is leaving this paradise. Thanks to everyone who worked for our stay to be wonderful! Thanks, we hope to come back soon!!!

We stayed at the ranch in a group of 15 friends to spend the New Year and the experience was amazing! The house surprised us positively, with complete structure to make the most of it. All the accommodations met our needs very well. The atmosphere is quiet and exactly as described in the listing, fulfilling everything it promises. In addition, the host was extremely helpful, always responding quickly and helping with all the questions. We really enjoyed the stay and want to come back!

Andressa's space is simple, historic and wonderful. Communication with the host was the highlight, from the time of booking to check-out, Andressa and her father Marco were helpful and attentive. Flexible check-in. Great location and easy to access. The house is very well equipped with utensils, comfortable mattresses, clean and fragrant bedding. The pool is wonderful, with Mary's cleaning every day early. The view is much more beautiful than the photos show. The lake on the property is beautiful, with a boat for fishing and relaxing to the sound of nature, an outdoor barbecue kiosk. The trails within the property are accessible and signposted. There is a vegetable garden and fishing area about 2 minutes from the site, a waterfall about 7 minutes by car, an award-winning artisanal cheese factory with tasting. The center is a 5-minute drive and has a market, pharmacy, wine cellar and warehouse. Everyone in my family enjoyed the stay, fun and relaxation for all ages. I will definitely return.

Super cozy house and the outdoor space is huge! Exactly as described in the listing, the space where the barbecue is located is very good, and there is also a "private lake". The only annoying point is the road to get there, but still, I highly recommend it! P.S. If you like dogs, you'll love the wonderful Simba, who shows the way and is still there, being beautiful and cute, a sweetheart! 🥰

Our stay at the house was truly special. The location is a true haven, offering an exuberant natural environment conducive to rest. The house has a special charm, with a cozy atmosphere and a spacious balcony. The decor is tasteful, showing attention to detail. However, as it is an older property, we have identified the need for some repairs. Small maintenance at specific points in the house would be welcome, in order to further improve the guest experience. Despite these observations, which we consider constructive, our assessment is positive. We believe this home has enormous potential to provide memorable moments, and we appreciate the opportunity to enjoy this unique place. We hope to return soon.

In addition to Evy, the homemakers Maria and Paulinho were extremely attentive and always available for whatever we needed. Extremely cordial always! Even with the difficult access to the site, they took all luggage to us from the car to the house. The place is a wonder for those looking for tranquility, peace and quiet. The night with frogs coaching in the distance and fireflies illuminating the forest, were the highlights of tranquility. The rain that falls there is worth more than the shining sun, so comforting that it is the lugal. Casa cozy to the extreme, making the experience very intimate for those staying there. The only misfortune is actually access to the site, if it rains does not go up a regular car and it is extremely dangerous to go up or down on foot, so if you are not young or have some preparation, access is uncomfortable. But nothing that removes the nobility and beauty of the place.

Great house, everything very well organized and clean and done with care. It has all the necessary equipment. The pool is outstanding, and the fun in the lagoon with the boat and vests was great. The view is wonderful, with a verdant landscape around the house, full of trees, beautiful flowers and birds. The only downside is the access to the house, as the street is not paved. During the rain, it was filled with mud and there was no phone signal.
