Loft vacation rentals in South-Coastal São Paulo

Marley from the beginning was very attentive, had a misunderstanding of HR, but she attended me on standby and everything went well. The place is great for those who go without a car. It has a plaza and playground on the side, wineries, several shops at night, barzinhos, among others. And the loft is like the ad, small but cozy and all the items worked perfectly. We will definitely return.

Super cozy place, with a privileged location because it was close to everything and the most lively night area in Peruíbe. The hostess and her sister were very polite and helpful, I will definitely return and recommend it 😉

The house is like in the photos, we feel very comfortable during the stay, Mr. Luiz is very kind and polite, made us feel at home! The house is very close to the beach, the neighborhood is further away from establishments but it didn't bother us to enjoy the city

Very clean and organized, with a great location (close to the beach, bars and restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, markets, etc.), in addition to being very beautiful. Marcelo was an excellent host, extremely attentive (to the point of being careful to leave us bottles of water and coffee so that we could consume them when we arrived, before we could go to the market) and was always available for contact. It was certainly a great experience and one we will try to repeat. The only "negative" point is the absence of a parking space available and, because it is a busy place, it is difficult to be able to stop on the nearby street and paid parking lots are nearby, but on rainy days like we had on Saturday it is unfeasible due to flooding. Out of that, all perfect!

Everything was perfect and according to the listing.. we arrived at dawn and were attended to on time by the security team, in the apartment there were chocolates, snacks and beer as a treat for us.. everything was clean and smelled good.. met our expectations

I would say, at this moment, through the word gratitude... Gratitude, for the affection I was received with, for the attention, education, posture... How to rate perfection? Perhaps, asking God to always enlighten you, for we still have wonderful human beings... It's hard to find adjectives to say how WONDERFUL and good Elias is. To evaluate the perfect is to go beyond the Cape Bojador and to be able to dream of better days... I thank God for having had the opportunity to meet him. The apartment is wonderful, cozy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay and everything is very organized. The condominium is not even talked about, incredible view, great location, very good pools and well-kept pools, great play library for children. I stayed at Maria's apartment during New Year's Eve and had a great stay. The apartment was impeccable, everything working perfectly, extremely clean, and very functional. It is equipped with all the necessary utensils for the comfort of 3 guests. The building staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always present and providing all the necessary support. The location is excellent, the building faces the beach, but there is no noise, which is perfect, especially at this time of year. Besides, right in front of the building are the GCM vehicles, which guarantee extra security on the walks on the beach. Certainly, on my return to Santos, this will be a lodging I will choose to stay at. Not to mention the friendliness of the host Maria, and all her helpfulness. She answered me promptly at all times, and was very helpful and empathetic with a personal issue. Both the apartment and the host deserve 5 stars.

The apartment is great, renovated, clean, airy, paid off. Parking has no designated parking space, so we had to leave the car stationary and use uber. But there's a lot to do on foot anyway. Tatiana and her daughter met us very well.

Ideal apartment for couples, everything is very clean and organized. Flávia is a sweetheart, she was very friendly and receptive. One suggestion is to put in a microwave, it would make it much easier, but otherwise, everything is perfect.

Agile concierge, adequate parking, helpful and polite staff. The building is older, but the apartment is fully renovated and fully functional. Excellent quality internet, new shower, good bed, cable TV. Anyway, excellent and I easily recommend it.

The check-in process was super simple, directly with the doorman and in less than 5 minutes we were at the apartment. I recommend it and hope to return!
