The view from the apartment is wonderful! The location is perfect with everything you need 5 minutes away or less. Easy access to entry and exit, Leandro is always active and responds super fast! I highly recommend it, I can't wait to come back!

We spent 4 amazing days here and we already miss it! The house is perfectly located: the beach is right there, lively bars are everywhere and everything is within walking distance. You can relax listening to the sea and then have a few good drinks without needing a car. It couldn't be better… And Juliana was a top-notch host! Super attentive and always ready to help, it made all the difference.

It was awesome!!! You spent a few days with my family and the experience was surreal. The apartment is just perfect, you feel like you're in the sea. From sunrise to sunset, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The place is very close to the beach and shops. The building staff were also very nice to my family. About Walmy, from the first moment he was very kind and super attentive. He's a great host! We had amazing moments as a family and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend!!!

Honestly, this was one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in with my family. There would be no words to praise. The host is fully helpful and always ready to respond. The house is better than the ad indicates it is. Close to markets, pharmacies, wineries and kiosks. Nothing was missing, it had all the necessary utensils, we felt at home! I hope we can come back more often!

Our stay at the mermaid's house was amazing, Eduardo is an amazing host, extremely polite, helpful and friendly, he helped us a lot to get around the city. The beds are impeccable. Each with a blanket and bedding. Among other things, the trousseau is to be congratulated. The apartment is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The condominium staff is super nice too. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and walking distance to the sand. We really enjoyed it and I'm excited to be back soon.

The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by

The apartment exceeded expectations, the only bad thing for us was the cold pool, we went in May so it was not hot, in the most everything very good, clean, the Ricardo very attentive and helpful ! staff of the building also very nice . If God will allow us to return !
