Thank you Emma for having us at the Annex. We thoroghly enjoyed our stay and was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and peaceful weekend. It was hiden just enough to be away from everything. Just wished we stayed longer.

We had a very relaxing stay, whilst there was a variety of restaurants nearby and beautiful scenery we chose to stay in most of the time in the cosy loft. A great nook to binge movies and play games with friends by the fire. Lovely hosts and pictures provided of the propery are very accurate. 100% recommend for a chill weekend and 100% stay again.

Beautiful gardens quaint cottage. Annex rustic and serviceable. Different pictures on line. Courtyard looked very different as did the funiture in the front room. The bathroom needs updating bit too rustic for me but thats my opinion. Very comfortable and outside is outstanding.

Torie’s garden guesthouse was a lovely stay in Coggeshall! Perfect to have a place to land while exploring the area and would be a great spot if you’re in town for a wedding or otherwise. We enjoyed the brightness and spaciousness of the house + overall cleanliness very much! The bed was lush and the interior design was much to our liking.

What can I say, this lodge was amazing and definitely the best accommodation I have stayed in and been using holiday cottages for over 30 years. Spotlessly clean, lovely decoration, loads of thoughtful touches (including whisky, home made marmalade, bread, milk and cereals). My wife enjoyed the coffees. Amazing hosts 10/10. Loved sitting out on patio and everywhere was just so peaceful and silent. The king size bed is so comfy and importantly to me, extremely clean and what you would expect in an expensive hotel. Why is not all holiday accommodation like this? Lodge is walkable distance to town and local pubs. Stayed 2 nights, but wish it could have been more. We have only been back a day and recommended to four people already. On a separate note, Bury St Edmunds is lovely and must also include Lavenham village. Thanks for everything. 10/10

Had such a lovely few days break away from the craziness of life. Had everything we needed for our stay. Nyree was available throughout our stay. She had given us instructions on how to get there as its slightly hidden away which is what we wanted. We booked a lunch meal (recommended by Nyree to us) at the Henny Swan , thats just down the road. which is a must do. Its not far from Sudbury which is a lovely little town, found some nice walks too. Have to add that i have fallen in love with the kettle 🤣, game changer for Tea/Coffee lovers

A beautiful lodge in a beautiful setting, calm and relaxed feel with lovely interior decor. Lovely and thoughtful welcome pack, felt like a home from home. Met by Jane on arrival, what a lovely host, nothing was too much trouble, can't wait to stay again.

I loved the “Little Nest”. It was exactly as shown on the photos. It was wonderful to sit on the patio with a jungle vibe. Caroline and Matt were great hosts, very good and quick with communication. They prepared the place well for me -even asking for my preferred type of milk- and making me feel welcome with a sweet treat! They also gave a lot of recommendations for St Neots. This place is perfect if you want to visit Cambridge! Totally recommend it!

I chose this place as an escape from my city-life engagements, so I loved the quiet; and the convenience of the location. It was my first time in St Albans, so there were lots to explore, most of them at walkable distance! Christina and her husband are lovely, helpful people; I enjoyed our conversations too. Her thoughtfully picked food/ snacks were perfect! (I mean, Horlicks and Prunes, who would have thought! 😍). I would totally stay with them again, if I get to come around again! Marks place was superb! Me and 2 teammates said here for 1 night during our travels. Mark was very welcoming, the grange was spotless and it had everything we needed for a good comfortable nights sleep. We stay in lots of airbnbs as we travel the country to races. Marks is the best yet! Highly recommended 👌

The Annexe is an absolute gem. The main house next door to the Annexe is absolutely stunning and so are the gardens around it. Jo and her family are so friendly (and we adored meeting their friendly and well behaved dogs). The Annexe itself was extremely comfortable, stylised designed, and had everything you’d need (with some very generous treats). You honestly couldn’t ask for more. This is AirBnb at its best. While looking for Airbnb's in Flitwick, UK, it stood out for her description of property and the photos, along with the location, for our visiting friends. We did not have a car and Sally's was very walkable to their home and grocery. We felt very safe and very at home during our week stay. Anything you would possibly want/need, Sally had already provided. Comfortable beds, outside patio, beautiful flower garden and extremely pleasant hosts. If in the area again, would definitely go back. Thank you for a pleasant experience

Lovely place to stay, very quiet and surprisngly specious! Hosts gave very clear check-in instructions and have lots of "how-to" guides of how to use the facilities. If I needed an AirBnB in the area again would book again
