Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat
Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

The Orchard Apartment
The Orchard studio apartment offers spacious accommodation; own entrance hall, shower/bathroom, kitchenette including, air fryer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, sink. Also large living/sleeping room, Juliette balcony with open views over stunning countryside. We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

Stunning lodge in idyllic setting, near Cambridge
Unwind completely in this detached private lodge, overlooking a natural pond, abundant with wildlife. Breathe the fresh air. Listen to the birds. Relax. The lodge is perfectly designed and fully equipped, a truly comforting retreat. Within 10 minutes walk there’s a butcher, baker, deli, cafe and restaurants. Lovely walks across open countryside lead to some of the best eateries in the area. Explore museums and galleries, and enjoy theatre, festivals and punting in historic Cambridge and Ely.

Stylish & Tranquil Garden Studio
Our newly built 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

Cool, cosy annex in Hauxton
Fresh, contemporary 2 storey 1 bedroom property ideal for a couple, with capacity to sleep another adult or child. The entire annex is yours for your stay. Hauxton is a quiet, attractive village located just 3.9 miles south of Cambridge city centre – nature, green spaces and rural walks in abundance yet super easy to get into Cambridge, the perfect base to explore. London access nearby (rail or road) and a 5 minute drive from the M11. Discounts may be available for long stays.

Tiny thatched cottage in idyllic village
A tiny, quaint, timber framed, thatched building in the owner's front garden, offering a romantic stay with complete privacy for two people. King size bed plus en-suite shower and toilet, TV, microwave, mini fridge with breakfast, tea, coffee and free Wi-Fi. It is an incredibly peaceful place to stay -fall asleep to the hoot of owls and be woken by bird song. It’s located in the quintessentially English village of Elsworth, 8 miles from Cambridge.

The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn
The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months.

Relaxing rural property, amazing decor!
The Hayloft is a beautiful property with a stunning interior. A truly rural escape, but still close to historic Cambridge. Local walks and lovely views. Watch the sun set from the comfort of a large Chesterfield sofa through a large picture window while the open fire crackles! Great English pub AND authentic Italian restaurant in the village both within walking distance. Sumptuous bedding, freestanding bath, open fire and beautiful decor!

Luxury Apartment (B) in Duxford
Enter this timeless and elegant church, constructed in 1794 and located in the picturesque village of Duxford, just a stone's throw from the lively city centre of Cambridge. This Grade II listed church has been thoughtfully transformed into two boutique mezzanine one-bedroom apartments, preserving the building's graceful original features. The church's conversion was showcased on the BBC One program 'Homes Under the Hammer'.

The Garden House in Impington, Cambridge
The Garden House is a quite new, single level, contemporary-style house. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen/living room. Bi-fold doors open onto the patio area and garden. The house sits in its own private garden and has parking for 2 cars. There is also an outbuilding (with tumble dryer and ironing facilities). The house is a calm oasis but only a few minutes from Cambridge and the Science Park.

The Garden Studio, Cambridge
This Cambridge city garden studio is a stylish architect designed space attached to the rear of the owner's house. The Studio is very quiet and self contained with its own separate entrance. This fully furnished modern contemporary west facing space is sunny and warm, fully double glazed and overlooks the main house garden. We have fast WIFI (minimum 250mb) so work form here is no problem.

Separate living / dining room contains a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 additional guests for an extra charge.
