Private vintage studio for ONE quiet person. Second floor with a narrow/steep enclosed stairway in a 4-unit house. Ours is an IMPROVING urban neighborhood but is still a work in progress! Houses are very old and some are still in rough shape. It is often quiet but with unpredictable intermittent urban sounds: car stereo music, people socializing outdoors, sirens from the nearby hospital and fire station, children playing, nearby traffic. I close in January and February but re-open in March.
