This three bedroom bungalow is a hidden gem behind a fountain with a 180 degree sea view that has been refurbished completely and designed tastefully. Listen to the waves breaking on the rocks while soaking in the hot tub. The open plan living area flows effortlessly towards a covered deck area with spectacular views. Situated a short walk from the famous St James tidal pool with its brightly colored dressing cabins, and minutes from Muizenberg surfing beach. Barefoot luxury never got better!

Enjoy early morning kayaking in the bay ,relax on the stoep with a good book in the afternoon. Perfect for 4 adults and 3/4 kids(2 private bedrooms) Beach is 40 meters from house. Children can swim/kayak,catch fish off the rocks. The cottage is small and cosy, its a simple place, the stoep is large but open, so nights are cool. WOOD - fired hot tub . Off grid, with solar powered fridge, gas appliances and candles and solar lamps at night. Built in braai on the deck and cozy wood stove inside. The architect-designed bungalow is spectacular with views from every angle and is beautifully decorated and kitted out. Great swimming and snorkelling!
