It was such a pleasant surprise arriving at Thomas accommodation and having this beautiful old Karoo farmhouse in a secluded, quiet area all to myself! A bonus was the use of a fully equipped kitchen and the air-conditioner in the room was a life-saver in the summer heat. I have no hesitation in giving this BnB 5 stars! There were six double rooms in the house and I was thinking it would be lovely to stay there with a group of friends one day.

We had a lovely stay at Penny's place with our 1 year old baby. The place was very clean, and the Noordhoek area is lovely. Penny was very helpful. For instance, the TV screen was not working but Penny immediately offered a solution providing a new screen, which was much appreciated. With a baby, the only thing missing in the kitchen was a blender :) but we bought one at the mall nearby. Baby bed and high chair were provided by Penny. We recommend Penny's place to all families traveling in Cape Town !

Do yourself a favour and book a stay at Aswater. It was the perfect rest stop on our road trip and was a beautiful place to explore. I was travelling with my children and felt safe and welcome to explore the farm.

Second stay. It's nice to be away from town. Game park along highway nearby has different antelope.

Daans guesthouse is absolutely stunning. Exceeded our expectations. He welcomed us and made us feel right at home. The grounds and rooms and cottages are beautiful, neat and tidy. It’s a pity we spent just one night. We would love to come back and spend a few days. We highly recommend Daans guesthouse :)

The suite was spacious, homely and had the most beautiful outside views. The host replied timeously and made sure that the stay was comfortable for us. The staff was also very friendly. Kelvin was so friendly and respectful. He made fire for us everyday effortlessly.

Our stay at the beautiful Jardim Barn was absolutely dreamy! The location is peaceful and relaxing, with stunning natural light filling the spacious home. The kind animals added such a special touch, making the experience even more magical. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, and Angela is a truly wonderful host—so welcoming and thoughtful. We would come back again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene escape.

The garden cottage is on a beautiful farm, views and scenery was breathtaking! the cottage is private and lovely. Th firewood hot tub was easy to use and felt like heaven, I did not want to get out. we had an amazing stay, and will definitely be returning. thanks so much to the friendly and helpful host, Vanessa. 🫶 :)

To have met Willem/Dapper was the highlight! I don't have words to describe his interesting conversations, stories! Just go there, the house is so worth seeing and experiencing!

We were very impressed with place, clean, very well equipped and exceeded our expectations.

We had the best family Christmas holiday at Sardaville. The large farmhouse and serenity surpassed all our expectations. The space is big enough to give a big group multiple spaces to be and we never ran out of things to do with the many activities in the house as well as around the property. Everything you might need to have a large group getaway is ready and set up at Sardaville. Carla even went the extra mile to set up a Christmas tree to make it extra special for our family. It was perfect!

Place is so peaceful a break away from the world would differently go back

We loved our stay at The Cairn! It is super-spacious, creatively decorated and set in lovely surroundings. And it has loads crockery and cutlery! Carl was wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay at Alicia, the place is easy to find and the location is great.

My sister and I wanted a tranquil cottage on a farm to celebrate our Dad’s 68th birthday. And what a gem we found! Carla is thee sweetest host I have come across. She baked a cake to welcome my Dad for his birthday. She was accessible at all times for any questions and her spirit was warm and inviting. The cottage was spotless (cleanliness really matters to me) and I truly enjoyed the mixture of an eclectic, rustic and vintage decor style with a modern twist. The cottage was cosy and had everything you would need in a self catering apartment for a family. The farm is beautiful and although we came over a rainy weekend, we still enjoyed the surrounding nature. My Dad thoroughly enjoyed his birthday weekend. Thank you Carla.
