The tavern is located in the historic center of the city, as long as it is on the ground floor it still offers great brightness and hospitality, as long as it is small it offers all the comforts and services necessary for a stay by the sea... we make bicycles available for the duration of the reservation so that you can move without needing a car, the latter you can safely park in my parking lot outside the historic center, I will come to pick you up myself.

The apartment offers excellent infrastructure and comes with full amenities. The modern kitchen/living room is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired – ideal for uncomplicated cooking and a relaxing stay. The quiet bedroom convinces with an extremely comfortable bed, while the spacious bathroom shines with special cleanliness. The hosts Karla and Antonio were extremely friendly and supported us in all matters – a cordiality that makes the stay special. This accommodation combines everything you could ask for: comfort, tranquility and a perfect location. Absolutely recommended for a successful stay!

I loved the apartment, and its location is great since you get parking, the beach is less than 5 minutes away and from the historic center you are a 25-minute walk along the seashore appreciating beautiful landscapes. Highly recommended and the hosts are great 😊😊😊

New, newly renovated, very nice and practical mini apartment. Quite quiet and with the comfort of the bed it guarantees sleep. Located near the fishermen's docks, with a sense of tranquility which we really liked. The bridge that leads to Chioggia is nearby, so how close are the beaches of Sottomarina. A small grocery store is just a few meters from the apartment with everything you need. There are a couple of restaurants in the neighborhood. very good. If there is no free parking, there are still some in the area for a fee. The owner was very helpful, and provided valuable tips. I recommend the place to those who want to visit Chioggia!

Federico’s apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and it had everything what we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. Hot shower and air conditioning worked perfectly. It is located twenty minutes walk to the public beach and it has a parking very convenient and easy!

The little red house is definitely a very nice and functional base. It is absolutely very close to the pedestrian area, where there is access to many dining and service options. The proximity to Sottomarina is really minimal because it is seven minutes by car and it is very convenient. Lilith is available for anything a guest may need. She is friendly, caring, and you can tell that she cares about her guests being at their best in her facility. 8 minutes away is the Union Park, which is a parking lot with several floors that I find very honest, even economically, as the daily rate we paid is €12 for 24 hours. I would say everything is very functional and it will be our base for our summer weekends in Sottomarina. Highly recommended!!!!

Maurizio's studio was exactly as described. It is located in a nice little alley. Close to the beach. Close to good restaurants and culture in the Old Town. Really a great place!

Our 8-day vacation was awesome! The apartment, as described. Everything available, super clean, air-conditioned, located just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Great restaurants nearby, Little Venice across the bridge, really nice.
