It's a lovely place to stay. Major tourists sites are 15mins walking distance but still quite enough to have good night sleep. The place is beautifully decorated as the pictures shown as the description. Most of all Lu was very helpful. My flight was delayed 3times and we arrived after midnight. Lu was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended!

The apartment is in a very good location, large, well-equipped, very comfortable bedding, well-equipped kitchen and fantastic terrace! Prettier than in the photos because there are plants. There is indeed an exhaust duct from the restaurant kitchens on the ground floor but this is not annoying at all, some smells in the evening, very good so absolutely not penalizing. We fully enjoyed this terrace, morning and evening! The neighborhood is very good, lively, small supermarket housed in an old theater right next door as well as a bakery, ideal for shopping, not to mention the many other shops and restaurants, but the nights are quiet. Vaporetto stops are 5 or 10 minutes away, otherwise everything is easily reachable by foot. And Elena was very responsive and helpful, a great stay! We highly recommend this apartment!

We loved our stay in Venice. We stumbled upon a local hostel which was beautiful and cheap for drinks and food- combo. Highly recommend this. We also enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and explore! There were dining options both high end and cheaper options in the city, it was very romantic!

It was our first time in Venice, we used the airport water taxi they offered which was awesome, no hassle and took us right to our door. Don’t look any further this is perfect for 4. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this beautiful Airbnb in Venice and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and full of charm. The location was perfect: close to the main attractions in walking distance but still quiet enough to relax after a day of exploring! Check-in was very smooth, and the host was very friendly and responsive throughout my stay. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed, from kitchen essentials to a comfortable bed. The outdoor garden is also a lovely little space to wind down in with a glass of prosecco after a long day of exploring. Such a lovely quiet neighbourhood and we really felt like true locals in this location. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Really enjoyed Marta’s place. She was very considerate and accommodated our needs after a long haul flight from Australia. The flat has a real charm as it integrates modern amenities architecturally with an a very old building. Whisper quiet yet close to the action of Canneregio. Close to train station and a manageable walk to San Marco and the sights. 👍

We stayed at Giovanni's just for a night, but the place was exactly as described and in a quiet location. We had everything we needed for our brief stay and Giovanni was very flexible with our late check in.

Very comfortable place most conveniently located across the bridge from the train station and near all local conveniences.

A spacious apartment in the heart of Venice, a short walk from most of the sights.

Nico's place is simply perfect. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. 10/10. The location is quiet and peaceful, but very close to some fantastic restaurants and only a five minute walk to Piazza San Marco. It is next to a picturesque canal, with gondalas passing occasionally by the windows. Nico was extremely helpful in providing recommendations for places to eat and to visit. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome, providing everything we needed. The apartment itself was very clean, tidy and plenty spacious enough. Everything just works; the bed was very comfortable. Access and check-out was very straight-forward, and we wanted for nothing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Nico's place again.

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !

Great place in the center of everything.

Great value for the money. We really enjoyed the apartment. We've booked it again for next year. It is located towards the end of Via Garibaldi, a lively street, but not too touristy. The apartment is in a quiet area, you can hear the birds. Very friendly welcome by the owner. We were able to arrive a little early.

Cristiano is an excellent host. There was nothing missing and we felt immediately comfortable. The apartment was very nice with a terrace and small garden and of course the cats 🐈🐈‍⬛ and turtles were 🐢🐢🐢 the highlight for the kids. We would come back anytime. Thanks again.🙏🏽😊

Feel at home and such a friendly host is an amazing combination. We were helped with our itinerary and the local recommendations from here were bonus. We drove by car and her suggestion to better drive and park at the ferry stop instead of relying on bus... well saved a lot time and was comfortable for family. The vicinity to the beach is also great in case you plan for morning/evening walk.

Halli Hello, in winter Very quiet location, in summer I can imagine great area, not far from beach. Venice can be reached in 30 minutes by vaporetto, nice route for photography😊. Accommodation fully equipped with everything you could need (kitchen utensils, bathroom, extra blankets) etc. Pleasant and quick written contact. We were very satisfied overall and would recommend it. ☺️👍

Marisa's place is just great. You feel like home. Very clean, very cozy, you have everything you need. Especially beautiful is the kitchen, a dream for a woman 😍 The terrace with a great view of the pool is a beautiful place to have a refreshing cocktail in the evening. The location is great, the beach can be reached in 5 minutes. Three nearby grocery stores. In the house itself is a delicious restaurant with numerous dishes, you can even order there online. The pool is very clean and is open until 9pm. Marisa gives lots of helpful hints on what to visit around the place. She briefed us really well for the trip to Venice.

The apartment was clean, Filippo family (son and mother) is extremely friendly and nice. We enjoyed the great time in the apartment very much and can gladly recommend it.

The entire place, including the beautiful lovingly landscaped garden and outdoor facilities, is like a little paradise. It's really important to the landlords that guests feel comfortable. There really is everything you need for a stay. The rooms with shower and a small kitchen are high-quality and very lovingly furnished. The beds were really comfortable. There is a fantastically beautiful pool in the garden, sauna and hot tub are also available. There is also a very cozy common room with lounge character and really everything you need. The entire property is very remote, but if you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is definitely the place to be. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay.
