Casa Airoldi is located in one of the main and central streets of the historic center of Chioggia. The apartment is on the second floor of a classic ground/sky building typical of the city. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant vacation and its colors with its furnishings recall the lagoon and the sea. The bedroom is in an open space style and overlooks the living room with a very comfortable sofa that can accommodate two more people.

The tavern is located in the historic center of the city, as long as it is on the ground floor it still offers great brightness and hospitality, as long as it is small it offers all the comforts and services necessary for a stay by the sea... we make bicycles available for the duration of the reservation so that you can move without needing a car, the latter you can safely park in my parking lot outside the historic center, I will come to pick you up myself.

I loved the apartment, and its location is great since you get parking, the beach is less than 5 minutes away and from the historic center you are a 25-minute walk along the seashore appreciating beautiful landscapes. Highly recommended and the hosts are great 😊😊😊

The apartment is very bright and spacious, it spreads a great atmosphere and you can spend a relaxing time on the large terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped. The proximity to a large supermarket and bakeries makes self-catering very attractive. Free parking can be found nearby. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment, which is also mentioned in the info.

I stayed with a friend at Casa Brezza Marina the first week of September. We really liked the location in the historic area of Sottomarina, with the evocative atmosphere of the maze of calluses and the port of fishing boats nearby. Very close to a bike rental point that we recommend to be able to explore Sottomarina and to reach Chioggia comfortably and in a few minutes, since the bridge is close to the accommodation. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away. It's a well-served area. The apartment is a studio apartment where there is really everything you need (both in the kitchen, bathroom and sleeping area), suitable for two people. If you want, there is also a single bed that can be folded for a third person. We found the apartment to be excellently cleaned. We would like to emphasize the kindness and availability of the staff, who opened up to us in the late evening within 10 minutes, since we were clumsily locked out. Thank you!

The little red house is definitely a very nice and functional base. It is absolutely very close to the pedestrian area, where there is access to many dining and service options. The proximity to Sottomarina is really minimal because it is seven minutes by car and it is very convenient. Lilith is available for anything a guest may need. She is friendly, caring, and you can tell that she cares about her guests being at their best in her facility. 8 minutes away is the Union Park, which is a parking lot with several floors that I find very honest, even economically, as the daily rate we paid is €12 for 24 hours. I would say everything is very functional and it will be our base for our summer weekends in Sottomarina. Highly recommended!!!!

It was a really great experience. The house is exactly as described: kitchen stocked with dishes and utensils, modern bathroom and tidy and comfortable bedroom. The impeccable cleanliness of all the spaces was greatly appreciated, as well as the kindness and courtesy of the owner. The location is perfect as the sea is within walking distance and the historic center of Chioggia is a few kilometers away.
