Paola was very nice and very helpful with us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time since the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a beautiful New Year's Eve with friends and we'd love to come back. Thank you Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Highly recommended!

We thought the home was fantastic and close to everything we wanted to see. Marina gave great recommendations for food. The home was very clean and quiet and has great amenities.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

The place is perfect for a stay in Venice. It is in a very good location, very close to the bus station. It is located close to a path to the Rialto Bridge with lots of shops and restaurants all along. A small bakery, often crowded with customers, allows you to have breakfast near the accommodation. Lucia sent us all the information for check-in and checkout. Communication was perfect. We would like to stay again in this beautiful city, atypical and with lots of charm.

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

It was an amazing week full of experience. We've never had such a big pool. It was one of the best and the most used things.

Alberto’s apt was in a great location in Venice. So easy to find and very easy to get to. Didn’t have to cross one bridge with suitcases to get there. Everything was as expected in the apt. Overall great stay!!!!!!

Very clean, well appointed place to stay. The fact that there is a washing machine and air conditioning makes the stay even better. Absolutely family friendly as the very well-kept pool and the sea are within walking distance. By the sea there is a bar where you can get everything for a good price from coffee to ice cream to noodle dish. Oh, the sanitary facilities are very well maintained here. You can choose whether to rent a lounger or settle on the public beach. The sea is great for small children as it is flat for a very long time. If you travel by public transport, you need a bit of patience, there is a connection to Chioggia/Venice, it just takes a bit to arrive. If you need a break from the sun, the bar next to the Isola Verde bus stop has a foosball table. There was one or the other match with a local bar visitor. Communication with Leila and Hassoni was also very pleasant. We had a great holiday!

We had a wonderful time at Luca’s beautiful house on the island of Albarella. The house was absolutely amazing — honestly even better than the pictures! It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation with our two teenagers. Luca is a fantastic host: very friendly, quick to respond, and full of great tips that really helped us make the most of our stay. We especially loved relaxing at the beach, swimming in the peaceful lagoon right behind the house, and watching the sunsets from the terrace. We can definitely recommend Luca’s place and we would love to come back again!

I was able to rest, and in a minute you're on the beach. They accept the dog, which is very important. On Thursday morning, you can visit the Chioggia market for about ten kilometers away.

Feel at home and such a friendly host is an amazing combination. We were helped with our itinerary and the local recommendations from here were bonus. We drove by car and her suggestion to better drive and park at the ferry stop instead of relying on bus... well saved a lot time and was comfortable for family. The vicinity to the beach is also great in case you plan for morning/evening walk.

Elenora was always available, even on Sundays, that was great! The house itself is absolutely great! The houses to our left and right were still under construction. On Sundays everything was still quiet, then on Monday to Friday it started left and right with hammering, flexing, drilling, floorboards and formwork boards were relocated, scaffolding parts delivered / picked up in short: If we had been given a hint that this was still being built, we would not have booked. Then there was the fiasco with the pool, we had to contact Elenora three times. Every time a fitter came, the 1st pressed some buttons and then left, then the system failed again. Then 2 other fitters came to look at the pumping station. Pushed buttons, the pump then ran again, until the evening. We then had to contact Elenora again and then the 3rd technician came with spare parts. I incorporated them and then the whole thing worked. We always had to be present. For a week, 3 days because of the pool. Not nice.

The apartment offers excellent infrastructure and comes with full amenities. The modern kitchen/living room is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired – ideal for uncomplicated cooking and a relaxing stay. The quiet bedroom convinces with an extremely comfortable bed, while the spacious bathroom shines with special cleanliness. The hosts Karla and Antonio were extremely friendly and supported us in all matters – a cordiality that makes the stay special. This accommodation combines everything you could ask for: comfort, tranquility and a perfect location. Absolutely recommended for a successful stay!

We spent 5 nights ar Vittorio's place and were very satisfied. Spacious house with big garden. As we travel by car and with two large dogs, the space outside the house was perfect for us. The garden is fully fenced and private. Large terrace with a roof. Just take some mosquito spray - as the island has water all around, they are vicious there - in case you feel like sitting on terrace in the evening or take a stroll around the island.

Water feature was pleasant and unique. Was pleased to see enough espresso capsules to get me started and grocery store close to replenish. Door and multiple windows right on canal. Amazing experience. Helpful and responsive host. Best of my stays in Italy.

The location is awesome, authentic on the canal, in the historic old town, close to the fish market and the cafes and restaurants. For unloading, we could drive to the house, there were bicycle parking spaces in the house! Everything is great, the gas stove, the modern hot water spa, the Wi-Fi, all around wonderful! 🙂

The apartment is spacious, clean and well furnished, true to the photos uploaded to the site. For those traveling with small children, Dany offers a camping cot and a high chair, both in good condition, so it is not necessary to bring them. The beach is a few minutes away by foot and the center of Chioggia is also easily accessible with a walk of about half an hour. Communication with the host has always been easy and punctual.

The house is on two floors. On the ground floor, there is a small kitchen equipped with everything and a bathroom with a washer and dryer, on the two upper floors, there are the two double bedrooms with a bathroom. Everything is brand new and very clean. Perfect location for those who want to walk around Chioggia, in front of the port but in a quiet and peaceful area. Roberta was very kind, gave us advice on where to eat, and prepared the permits for the car since the house is in ZTL. There were 5 of us, including 4 adults and a child (who had her bed in the room on the first floor). Roberta even provided us with water, coffee, and local cookies. If we were to come back I would definitely have no doubts... I would choose Roberta and this fantastic little house again!

The host responded quickly to questions we had about transportation, etc. Unfortunately, the accident happened during our trip and we needed to visit the hospital. The host gave us advice about hospitals, how to get there and was genuinely caring. Thank you for the loan of your apartment, we had great days on the beach in Sottomarina, strolled in Chioggia and experienced Venice. Tip, if you are several days in Sottomarina, it is recommended that you as a guest rent a bike to easily get around the area.

This was our second stay at Casa Stella and we enjoyed it just as much this time. The apartment is exceptionally clean and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything we need. It is a comfortable and quiet place in the center of Chioggia, close to everything. Elisa is a lovely host, who responds quickly and she is very easy to communicate with. Both Elisa and her parents again made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend Elisa's place. We are looking forward to our next stay.
