Beachfront vacation rentals in Sottomarina

Sofia is a very accommodating hostess and welcomed us very nicely. We felt very welcome with small extras, such as breakfast pastries or a (packed) toothbrush in the bathroom or a well-equipped kitchen. In hot weather there was a fan and rainy weather we could borrow umbrellas - these are the little things that make you feel welcome. We will be happy to come back.

It was perfect for our stay during the Venice Film Festival.

Excellent location. Close to the vaporetto station, beach, supermarket, central street. Attentive hosts, always answered our questions. When we come to Lido next time, we will definitely stay in this apartment.

Our apartment was perfect for our family of five. The host was great to communicate with and provided everything we needed to have a nice stay. They were friendly and even had some local recommendations or ideas on how to travel to where we wanted to go. The property is beautiful and walkable to all major sites and wonderful restaurants. We would love to stay at this place again in the future.

Very clean, well appointed place to stay. The fact that there is a washing machine and air conditioning makes the stay even better. Absolutely family friendly as the very well-kept pool and the sea are within walking distance. By the sea there is a bar where you can get everything for a good price from coffee to ice cream to noodle dish. Oh, the sanitary facilities are very well maintained here. You can choose whether to rent a lounger or settle on the public beach. The sea is great for small children as it is flat for a very long time. If you travel by public transport, you need a bit of patience, there is a connection to Chioggia/Venice, it just takes a bit to arrive. If you need a break from the sun, the bar next to the Isola Verde bus stop has a foosball table. There was one or the other match with a local bar visitor. Communication with Leila and Hassoni was also very pleasant. We had a great holiday!

Had a great stay, location perfect, right on the beach. Airstream caravan was excellent, had all facilities required for a short stay.

The apartment was not the one in the photo, they moved us to a 2 bedroom apartment instead of an improvement solution. The apartment was very nice and we found everything we needed for our stay.

I was able to rest, and in a minute you're on the beach. They accept the dog, which is very important. On Thursday morning, you can visit the Chioggia market for about ten kilometers away.

Simply perfect! The vacation home exceeded all expectations: impeccable cleanliness, carefully furnished in every detail and fully equipped. Each space has been designed to ensure comfort and relaxation, and you can see that there is great attention to hospitality. The location is ideal: quiet but convenient for reaching the main points of interest. The host's support is also excellent, always available and kind, with valuable advice on the area. Great solution, we will definitely be back!

Nice and well-equipped bungalow in 1st row to the beach. Idyllic and private compared to the rest of the campsite. You can take a scooter from home or rent a bike on-site, which can be used to get around. Nice swimming pools, good supermarket, cozy campsite (animals not allowed). Please note that bungalows are close to the beach and thus close to the Sunshine Bar, where there are usually evening live events with loud music and sing-along. If you have small children (like us), it may be a nuisance, as the party doesn't stop until 1am. Otherwise a lovely stay and we will be happy to come again.

We enjoyed it very much. We visited the pool several times a day. In the complex, there is a nice bar with snacks and cheap drinks. In the nearby Spar market of the campsite we were able to buy everything for everyday needs (including fresh rolls). The sea is a 10-minute walk from here. The beach is not yet overcrowded at this point. There is a stand restaurant, showers and toilets. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment. So it was a “digital detox” vacation for us.

Host was very flexible with the check in and check out times, friendly. Lived up to expectations it was a pleasant peaceful stay. Close to the beach which was never crowded, a great place to stay.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

Our stay at Giorgio's was perfect. The setting is beautiful, quiet and bucolic which is relaxing after days in the crowds in Venice. The space was perfect. Everything was perfect, thank you Giorgio!!

Beautiful accommodation on the Lido, centrally located, we were here for the second time, felt comfortable and would be happy to come back!

It was a really great experience. The house is exactly as described: kitchen stocked with dishes and utensils, modern bathroom and tidy and comfortable bedroom. The impeccable cleanliness of all the spaces was greatly appreciated, as well as the kindness and courtesy of the owner. The location is perfect as the sea is within walking distance and the historic center of Chioggia is a few kilometers away.

The place is perfect! Getting to Venice is very simple from the apartment. It's spacious and comfortable. Elena left us very clear instructions for how all the appliances work. The view from the terrace is beautiful! We would recommend this listing.

Great place to stay in Venice. In a quiet area but still close to many restaurants and shopping. Had the best A/C out of the 3 places we stayed in Italy and had a great view. They were also really flexible with check-in so we did not have to carry around our luggage. Highly recommend.
