Sono stato ospite di Filippo nella sua meravigliosa casa nel centro storico di Corinaldo e non potrei essere più felice della mia scelta! La casa è incredibilmente accogliente e ben arredata, con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Filippo è stato un host fantastico, sempre disponibile e pronto a fornire aiuto e consigli sulla zona. Il centro storico di Corinaldo è un vero gioiello, con strade strette e affascinanti, monumenti storici e una vista mozzafiato sulla campagna circostante. Consiglio vivamente questa casa e Filippo come host a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza autentica e rilassante nel cuore della regione. Grazie Filippo per l'ospitalità

This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this place - you will feel invigorated after a stay at Casa del Monte. Thank you so much Tiziana and Hubert❤️

Siamo stati per 3 notti insieme alla mia famiglia per un totale di 10 persone a fine marzo. Il casale si trova in una posizione favolosa con una vista mozzafiato, circondato da vigneti e stradine percorribili anche a piedi. A pochi km puoi raggiungere il paese più vicino e non si è lontani da Urbino e dalla costa. Il casale è organizzato su 2 piani. Al piano terra c’è una grande sala da pranzo e una cucina industriale con un salotto e un bagno. Al secondo (collegato con ascensore) ci sono le camere da letto, tutte con bagno in camera. Le stanze sono pulite e accoglienti. I termosifoni hanno funzionato benissimo. È stato bellissimo fare colazione tutti insieme e godersi il casale la sera. Ci torneremo!

Wir waren zum Abschluss unserer Italienrundreise für ein paar Tage in Michaelas Apartment. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Michaela ist sehr zuvorkommend, bemüht um ihre Gäste und eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist super ruhig und ländlich, eignet sich daher gut zum erholen. Als Start für unsere Motorradtouren war die Lage super, aber auch zum Wandern, Laufen oder Radfahren gut geeignet.

Grande Adriana e Angelo, due persone speciali che, purtroppo, non ho avuto il tempo di approfondire. Aldilà di tutto, la casa rispetta perfettamente la descrizione. L' ambiente è familiare, tranquillo e totalmente immerso nella natura. Ci rivedremo :)

We spend unbelievable nice two weeks in Loretello. All rooms are very nice and have a very nice atmosphere. Very warm and very personal. The landscape around Loretello and the view from the apartment is breathtaking. Loretello is the perfect location to explore the region. In almost every little village there are hidden gems waiting to be found. We felt truly embedded in Italy. The restaurants, markets, little shops, vineyards, farmer markets in the villages around Loretello are absolutely enjoyable. Our three kids enjoyed the pool very much. Little Loretello did offer a lot to explore for them. Our hosts has been extremely nice and extremely professional. Thank you very much for this wonderful Italian experience.

Die Wohnung war für uns als sechsköpfige Familie ideal: 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett bzw Stockbett (eins davon allerdings sehr klein mit Stockbett), 2 Badezimmer, ein großer Raum mit Küche, Wohnzimmer und Esstisch. Zudem ein überdachter Balkon mit Sitzmöbeln. Der Garten inklusive Pool ist wunderschön angelegt. Man merkt, dass da viel Herzblut drinsteckt! Zu allen Seiten hat man einen wunderbaren Blick. In der Gegend gibt es viel zu unternehmen, schon das nahe gelegene Fossombrone ist hübsch. Niccolo wohnt im Erdgeschoss, die vermietete Wohnung ist im ersten Stock, das macht die Kommunikation einfach. Aber auch per Nachricht hat er immer schnell geantwortet. Absolut zu empfehlen!

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.
