This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

I was brought to tears when i sat at the family table of Alessio with his family - these were tears of emotion + joy of how a family is holding together their traditional values, simple living, growing their food, cooking delicious meals + family life. A life where tending the home, garden, working hard but coming together is most important. If you are looking for a reciprocal authentic respectful experience in this area look no further. Alessio, Mary, Ivana + Gino are beautiful people who will accommodate you in their home with every respect.

Costanza was very friendly and we very much appreciated her flexibility with check in time (we had two young kids). The place was a bit cold when we arrived as it had been closed for a while, but we texted Costanza and she helped us get the settings right for the heating. Overall, the place was big and comfortable and we had a very nice stay!

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

We had a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore has turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic rhythms of daily life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. We spent a relaxing two weeks at Salvatore's place. The house and furnishings were,as described in the listing. You need a car to get to a restaurant and do some activities. In the next village, however, there is also a good train connection to go to Rome or Naples. Otherwise, the accommodation is very rural. We were allowed to harvest the fresh fruits from the garden. The pool is great. All in all, we were very please and would recommend this house.

Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed our 2 week stay. Sabaudia is a great location away from tourists. Easy to get to Latina train station by car 1/2 hour. We had parking, a Gardner and pool service. Recycling is a bit of a pain but that’s all of Italy.

The villa is wonderful, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there.

We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

We had a really good time at Carlo's house: for the courteous and familiar welcome, the panoramic view, the quiet location and a little secluded, but close to interesting places, and for the presence of the pool, useful given the high temperatures.

Margherita and her husband make you feel right at home. The place is very quiet, as everything is fenced, you can let your dog run free without problems. There are no direct neighbors. We look forward to next time:)

Beautiful villa with outstanding views. Magnificent pool which we still managed to use in late October. A highlight of our stay was sitting and eating outside every evening, all gathered around the large table under the beautiful loggia. Using the pizza oven was a first for us and was great fun. Highly recommended.

A lovely vacation. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful home, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket of products is a touching delicacy, authentic flavors. Thank you for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to introduce ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is immersed in greenery and enjoys the wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body rejoiced! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. Really wonderful experience. The house is cozy, clean and well equipped with everything you need. Lella is an exceptional host, always available and attentive to the needs of guests. She gave us great check-in instructions and was very caring. The location is ideal for exploring Pescasseroli and its surroundings. We enjoyed the tranquility of the place and the possibility of taking pleasant walks. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Efisio's accommodation is equipped with everything you need for your stay, spacious and clean. The garden is very large and well-kept, our dog was able to enjoy the large space freely. From the house you can hear the stream flowing. Great place to get away from the chaos of the city. We met Efisio and his parents, very kind and welcoming people. Efisio was always an available host, always and quickly responding to messages, he met us for all our needs, provided us with very useful information on the surroundings to visit, and was flexible with check-in and check-out times. For the self check-in, thanks to the precise directions provided by Efisio previously, we had no problems. I recommend Efisio's accommodation to everyone! We hope to have the chance to come back!

The flat is beautiful and so full of character. A great base to explore the Maiella mountain. Fabio was very helpful and gave impeccably helpful instructions. A top for future travellers coming out of season: the house keeps very cool so do bring a jumper and some warm socks! But definitely a place to recommend.

Beautiful experience, a stone's throw from the center of the village, in a rustic but finely renovated accommodation, with a large garden with comfortable outdoor spaces and always facing the sea, from a height that offers a priceless view. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The host is always available and very kind.
