From the train station about 5 minutes on foot. In a frequented location, nearby with the historic downtown, the longest park in Central Europe, restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, museums. Convenience store, pharmacy, banks, cafes, restaurants, confectioneries nearby.

Aki szereti a finomságokat, annak ajánlom a ház előtt lévő kis piacot, illetve nagyon praktikus, hogy egy élelmiszer bolt is van a közvetlen közelben.
