There is an outdoor eating & lounge area, and an extensive garden play area. Wooden play gym in the kids’ room so kids can play no matter the weather. Parking in front of the house, & a direct train connection.

The bright, approx. 90 m² apartment is located approx. 7 minutes' walk from the pedestrian zone and the train station (only 12 minutes by train to Vienna-Meidling).
