Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sophia Antipolis

Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

We (6 adults, 3 couples) visited Didier's house Thursday-Sunday late August and enjoyed his lovely house. We can greatly recommend this villa for those that wish to visit Cannes and also appreciate a spacious and secluded living, with all the amenities needed (including a big and very deep pool).

Perfect welcome, location. The places and the property are beautiful, quiet, lots of greenery. The apartment is very well arranged and equipped. A perfect stay! Many thanks Carine! Have a nice summer!

A really lovely Villa, beautifully decorated and well thought out. Very spacious and airy with a lovely peaceful private garden and pool. The location was ideal for exploring this area, as only a 10-15 min walk to the many restaurants and bars in Juan Les Pins and the beach. And only a 30 min picturesque walk to beautiful old town Antibes with its' many little shops, bars and restaurants, and a lovely Artisan Market. There is also a very handy Supermarket just 5-10 mins from the villa that has everything you might need whilst staying. We visited Monaco, Nice, and Grasse all on the train from Juan Les Pins which was easy to do and a very pretty ride along the coast. Grasse was a very quaint historic little town, and so pretty with all the flowers, markets and hanging umbrella's in the streets. Overall we had a fantastic time, and Nathalie couldn't have been more helpful and friendly showing us round and wishing us well when we left. A superb break with wonderful hosts. Thank you!

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

We were 3 generations and the house was perfect for us, there were a lot of toys for the granddaughter and we could have each of our floors in the house. Valbonne could be reached within walking distance and there were lovely cafes and restaurants. Great stay.

Good base for exploring the region. House had great outdoor facilites although our use of them was very limited unfortunately due to bad weather. Kitchen was well equipped. Good communication with Jean-Philippe who was very responsive. Thanks!

We stayed for a month, and everything was perfect. Marie Claire and her husband were fantastic hosts. The location is peaceful, the house and garden are lovely and completely private. It’s just a short and safe walk into the village which is probably the best in the entire region. Great shops, plenty of cafes and restaurants, and a decent sized supermarket. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Having lived over in the Fayence area in the past we were extremely impressed with Roquefort-Les-Pins, it is within easy reach of all the attractions in the area and on the coast. We hope to book again.

We had a pleasant stay. The flat was spacious and functional . We had no issues with noise, and the balcony was nice to have coffee in the morning . There was a bakery close by that we bought croissants each day . It was the perfect size and glad we chose this location . The host responded very promptly . Also closing distant to metro , and easy walk to the beach

Great stay at Luisa’s apartment in Nice! Traveled with my wife, 10-mo old daughter, and mother-in-law. Large apartment that had everything we needed. AC was able to get very cool which is somewhat rare in France from other Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Great location—within 10-15 min walk of everything in Nice you’d want to go to, but secluded enough to be quiet (exactly what we were looking for with the baby). Luisa was great throughout the whole process offering recommendations and help with anything needed. Would definitely stay again next time in Nice!

Super apartment, very well located, tastefully decorated. Ideal for our small family of 4. The balcony and private parking space are a real plus! Anne is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend it without hesitation and will gladly come back a week of good weather 🙂

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was as described in the photos and was in a very quiet and beautiful environment. We only had a few problems with the Internet, but Jowita supported us proactively and always responded quickly.

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

It was such a good experience it was such a beautiful and modern house with a nice view and such a relaxing living room with us super friendly family and caring with a very good location close to everything.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. We were very well received. The villa is spacious, friendly and clean. The kids especially enjoyed the pool. The location is also very convenient for quick access to other surrounding localities. We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Mougins villa during the Cannes Film Festival, and it truly enhanced our experience. The villa's tranquil setting provided a perfect retreat after the festival's excitement. The check-in process was seamless, and Carole's attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The spacious layout and pristine pool area offered both comfort and luxury. Being just a short drive from Cannes, the location was ideal for our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a serene yet accessible getaway in the South of France.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

It is my 2nd time having my holidays with my friends at Aude’s villa. The experience is wonderful. It is totally private and spacious. Aude is a very warm host and communication is superb! Highly recommended to anyone looking to have a holiday with peace and privacy in south France!
