Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Alpes-Maritimes

Sophie is a wonderfully helpful and friendly lady and keeps this property very well maintained. The gardens and the heated swimming pool are very well presented , pleasant to spend time in with three different external sitting areas all furnished with lovely quality furniture. Internally the house has a large open plan kitchen, dinning and living area all tastefully furnished with many personal touches.

High ceilings, private backyard, nice pool, and great kitchen area. 5 min walk to Juan Les Pins village. Great for families. Air con is in the bedrooms and you can leave doors open to allow for full house to be cooled. There are 4 showers and 2 toilets. Loved our stay here. The garden is beautiful.

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

We stayed for a month, and everything was perfect. Marie Claire and her husband were fantastic hosts. The location is peaceful, the house and garden are lovely and completely private. It’s just a short and safe walk into the village which is probably the best in the entire region. Great shops, plenty of cafes and restaurants, and a decent sized supermarket. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Having lived over in the Fayence area in the past we were extremely impressed with Roquefort-Les-Pins, it is within easy reach of all the attractions in the area and on the coast. We hope to book again.

We had a great time in the house and the accommodation really matched the pictures and description. The house was well-equipped, far beyond our expectations. Celine met us and explained everything about the accommodation and the nearby area. Celine was also available and assisted if anything came up. Really recommend a stay here. Relaxing in a house full of charm and a good pool to cool off on hot days.

Darius’ place is great. Andrée was very friendly and helpful. It really feels like a villa with amazing views and great amenities. The swimming pool area was perfect. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The common areas are welcoming and cozy. We would definitely recommend this place for big groups!

2nd time staying here with my family. Such a beautiful, special place. As long as this place is available, we will continue to return

We had such a beautiful stay in this quiet and truly remarkable home. Our children loved the pool and all of the games provided and we loved cooking in the stunning kitchen with all the fresh local produce from nearby markets. It was such a lovely spot for a relaxing vacation close to many bustling towns like Cannes and Antibes but on a tranquil hillside. The hosts were very responsive and attentive. Would definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay - the Airbnb was clean and in a great location close to restaurants and the beach. Cecilia was very communicative and a great host. We would happily return to this Airbnb again!

The apartment is huge and maybe nicer than the photos show. Large rooms, high ceilings, and a pleasant atmosphere looking out over a lush courtyard. Bountiful air conditioning, good WiFi, and quiet at night. The location is excellent- very central to the train station, the old town, and the promenade. It’s extremely convenient to transportation (which is really easy to use in Nice). The big train station is a close walk, but it’s also a block away from both tram lines as well as multiple major bus lines. Great place.

Jose and Christiane were always so responsive and their place was amazing. A perfect home away from home and easy to travel from there to visit all the beautiful places around.

Beautiful bnb where I easily stay a week. Unfortunately, we were just passing through, so we only stayed for one night. A bit remote but restaurant in the village available. I would arrange groceries before arrival. Would rent again without hesitation.

This place was adorable and central to everything In town! Close to shops, restaurants, public transport. The host was also fantastic with great recommendations and everything you needed for a perfect beach day. She helped us get settled and checked in and was always available to answer any questions. Grégoire's place was so wonderful to stay in. Check in was so easy, Grégoire met me and showed me the place. The location could not be more perfect, just steps from the beach, in the middle of everything in Old Town with lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment is beautiful and is surprisingly peaceful and quiet despite being in the middle of the city. It felt really like home. I wished I could have stayed longer!

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

It was such a good experience it was such a beautiful and modern house with a nice view and such a relaxing living room with us super friendly family and caring with a very good location close to everything.

We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

We spent a week to celebrate my birthday in June. What an amazing stay! The villa is so charming, well equipped, cosy and practically equipped. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, and soo beautiful. Corinne was helpful and attentive, whenever we had a question.

Cyril’s place was perfection! Honestly the photos weren’t as good as reality! He was super friendly and responsive and Berangere (the woman checking us in) was so kind and helpful. The house was spacious, beautifully appointed and in such a lovely location. We could walk to Vence center and access everything we needed but the property was so peaceful and beautiful. It fit my parents, my husband and myself, and our two young children comfortably. I can’t wait to return!
