The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. The 150 sqm chalet goes over 2 levels. A spacious dining area with a new Kitchen incl. Dishwasher, oven & microwave. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with balcony access, in one of the two bedrooms there are single beds. Another bathroom with shower and bathtub is also on the upper floor.

The lovingly furnished, sunny apartment with its own house entrance is located in a residential house directly on the Halfch. It has 43 sqm, living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is best suited for couples or families with up to two children. A double bed, 180 x 200, and a sofa bed 140 x 195 offer enough space. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 induction hobs, fridge and sink. Parking is possible on the property.

The Caprano holiday flat in Sonthofen is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with mountain views. The 120 m² accommodation consists of a spacious eat-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as a guest WC and thus offers space for 8 people.
