Had the best couple of days staying at the hut, was greeted by Alexandra who was extremely friendly and helpful she showed us the facilities and hut. hut itself was a lovely little place, we could've happily stayed for longer. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely stay again, thanks so much :)

What a wonderful place on earth. So happy that we had the chance to stay here during our England Trip. If you are searching for sth to relax in the pure nature, you defo have to book. Susan and Neil created everything with so much love and detail. Welcomed us with a vegan cake, treats for the dog and some stuff for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay in the nature and the dog loved it. Neil and Susan are so kind and always happy to help. Thx for everything ❤️

A lovely and peaceful place to stay for a few days. If you love being in the English countryside and within easy striking distance of Glastonbury then this is a great place to stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Piggery. It was absolutely beautiful, we loved the space and the indoor/outdoor living. Our two little girls had such a lovely time in the outdoor space while we could relax as it was so safe. We visited Longleat and it was a perfect locations, just 10 minutes away. The perfect place to unwind after a very busy day! Beverly was so lovely and made us all feel very welcome. We will definitely stay again!

Our stay at David and Jill’s place was one of our favourite Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! We couldn’t have asked any more from them, we were greeted on our arrival and they came over to check in on us as checked-out. We felt so looked after! David and Jill have thought about absolutely everything at the property, and the space is contemporary whilst also feeling cosy and relaxing. My partner and I wish we could move in!! The location is amazing, it is so quiet and peaceful, yet you can drive into big towns within 10-15 mins. David and Jill have such an amazing knowledge of the area and told us all the good spots to eat and explore throughout our stay - which was also conveniently all printed out and put into a folder for us to look through at our own leisure too. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We will 100% be back. Thank you Jill and David for having us, and for making our weekend so special :)

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful hut. Unfortunately we had cloudy skies so didn’t get to stargaze. Loved our animal neighbours and the visits from the ducks. The BBQ and facilities were great we enjoyed cooking and eating al fresco all weekend. Walked to Winyard Gap for a pub lunch. All in all a lovely relaxing weekend.

Another great stay at the Secret Lodge. Perfect location for my daughter’s exam centre plus quiet environment to revise in and comfy bed in the bedroom for a good sleep before exams!

Had a lovely weekend getaway, we were spoilt with the weather. Stunning location and surrounded by lots of lovely towns to visit.

We had such a wonderful stay for my partners birthday, Clive went the extra mile to make us feel welcome by putting up some birthday decorations and leaving us some treats for when we arrived. It's a perfect place to get away and unwind in nature, we were always surrounded by animals whether it was Norman the cat visiting during a bbq, hanging out with the goats, or watching the ducks drift about in the stream while relaxing in the hot tub. Thank you very much to Clive and Nikki for hosting us. I cannot recommend Kingfisher enough, we truly had an amazing time :)

We stayed in the hut called collie. It was absolutely stunning and was so lovely to stay it. Surrounded by nature and animals. Lovely view, hot tub was amazing. The bed was very comfy and everything you needed inside. Thank you so much!

We had a lovely couple of days at Lou’s place, a beautifully decorated, well kept, and fully equipped hut. The location was perfect for us, nice and tranquil, just the relaxed location we needed. We would definitely return, and 100% recommend. Thank you Lou

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Even better than the pictures. After having stressful Jons as a nurse and firefighter it’s amazing at how relaxed and distressful it was. Having the bath outside you don’t feel overlooked or watched in. Andrew and his wife has thought of everything, all I would say is take a tripod for your phone as you will want to take so many pictures. Would 100% stay here again and definitely recommend to family and friends

This is a great place - it's really characterful and cosy. Kirstie was communicative and went above and beyond, allowing me to send a package to The Shed ahead of my arrival. It was a great place to stay for a wedding at the local Priston Mill. I appreciated the ease of the 522 bus to/from Bristol and the tasty fish and chips at The Haynes.

A very comfortable and well appointed cabin in a beautiful, peaceful location. Woodpecker Cabin lives up to its name; we saw woodpeckers everyday from the cabin! Perfect for a relaxing and comfortable break from the hustle and hustle, in a private setting. The beautiful village of Cerne Abbas is a very short drive - well worth a visit, if you need a break from the blissful surroundings of the cabin. Sarah was very helpful and happy to help. Do accept the invitation to feed the deer. A real highlight.

Alister was an amazing host he was so kind, friendly and helpful. His accommodation is on the same road as the spring which is such a beautiful spiritual place to stay can’t recommend this place or Alister enough.

Maggie and Grahams place is so idyllic and peaceful and has the most amazing views. They are very welcoming and provided freshly baked bread and biscuits as well as homemade marmalade and eggs laid by their hens - all delicious and a real treat. I will definitely be back again. Thank you for looking after me so well.

We had a very relaxing stay, the location is so pretty, the hut is set in a great sized garden, which is not overlooked at all. It is close to a cafe and gorgeous gift shop, and a short walk to the village shops and pub. We had a fire pit both nights and just relaxed. Andrea was great and recommended the Somerset Cider Bus which was a 10 minute drive away, and that was a lot of fun, that's on every Saturday until Autumn. Andrea was friendly, helpful and a great host. We even bought some of their stone carvings. The hut itself is awesome, with a great eye for detail, it is a beautiful place to stay, you won't be disappointed.

My daughter and I had a wonderful few days away at Jilly place. We were visiting Longleat Safari park, it was only a 20 min drive away so a perfect location. The accommodation was lovely, really clean and cosy. Tucked down a quiet lane but yet close to two nice pubs. Thank you Jilly we loved our stay.

Gagnor and James were wonderful, friendly hosts. The Sheperd's hut was such an unexpected and superb find - spotlessly clean; well equipped. We feel like we've had a week away not two nights. I'd book again in a heartbeat. Thouroughly recommend.

The perfect weekend getaway in a beautiful property in a stunning remote location with gorgeous views Jenny and Matt were perfect hosts with quick responses and helping us make the most of our weekend with local recommendations. Will definitely be booking again.

Wow! What can I say? The location is absolutely beautiful, like no other! We really enjoyed our three nights there, we cannot wait to return. Laura and Chris were both fantastic, with clear communication and making us feel right at home. Thank you:

Karen was a great host. We communicated quickly beforehand, although the instructions inside the cabin were so clear that we didn’t really need to ask anything. Brian also helped us settle in when we arrived and even set up the BBQ area for us. Big thanks to him as well. The cabin is small but very practical. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and it was super clean and tidy. The garden is absolutely amazing. Make sure to take the table and chairs from the shed next to it and enjoy some time outside. We had such a lovely experience.

We had a wonderful long weekend, Harriet gave us a long list of local restaurants, shops, and eateries. The wagon was spotless and homely, with a gorgeous view across the valley. We were lucky enough to be given some fresh eggs by Francis and Harriet, which were delicious. We spent some time at the Woodsheddings beer hall which Harriet recommended, and we recommend too! Thank you to Harriet and Francis for a wonderful stay, we’ll be sure to come back soon.
