The caravan is 40' x 14' with a large balcony to the front, sea views along with parking for 2 vehicles. A luxury Shepherd's Hut with the unique bonus of a separate spacious heated snug for exclusive use. Both in a private, south facing walled garden, on our working farm. An amazing base for walking, cycling or driving to the beach & Quantock hills. The handcrafted hut has everything you need with handmade kitchen, bathroom, fabulously comfy double bed and a sofa. On the stone flagged terrace is a wood-fired jacuzzi hot tub and al fresco seating for dining with a firepit and grill.

Boatman's Cottage is a delightful stylish cottage tucked away in the centre of the wonderful Exmoor village of Porlock. Believed to date back to the 1890s, this cottage is part of a small terrace originally built for boatbuilders and their families. The cottage row is described in the Historic Exmoor record as 'having a pleasing sense of seclusion' and it certainly does, yet a short walk along the mediaeval Drang and you are in the heart of the wonderful Porlock Village.
