Barn converted into a home

Create new memories in this unique and family-friendly accommodation. There is a beach with a swimming jetty at the sports ground, which you can reach by car in 7 minutes. There are several hiking trails on the island and the possibility to take a boat over to the island of Birka. Cafe Hovgården serves good lunches and good coffee. See more on their website. Then we have Runstensparken with its flea market within walking distance of the house. Adelsö shop, which is a grocery store, is open on weekdays from 10 am - 7 pm and on weekends from 10 am - 3 pm.

Very pleasant and spacious villa of 155 sqm and 6 rooms located in an area with proximity to nature and the city center. Open 1-story solution tailored for relaxation and socializing with modern equipment, large social areas and heated swimming pool. A patio on one side with a wooden deck of about 200 sqm, furnished and with a barbecue grill. On the other side is the pool with a large lounge sofa where there is also a fireplace. 6 beds and 6 places in sofa beds. Most furniture is brand new for the summer of 2023!

Welcome to our summer paradise close to the picturesque town of Trosa. Our house is comfortable with all the amenities needed for the most relaxing summer holiday with family or friends. The highlight of the house is the pool, it’s heated by a roof that acts as a sort of greenhouse. We have water temperatures around 26-29 Celsius in july/august and slightly below that in early/late summer. Perfect for long days in the water with friends/family/lots of kids.
