The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (heated in winter), wood-fired sauna on the dock, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Perfect for a luxurious spa weekend or a creative meeting with colleagues at the company.

Very pleasant and spacious villa of 155 sqm and 6 r.o.k. located in an area with proximity to nature and the city center. Open 1-story solution tailored to relax and hang out with modern equipment, large social areas and heated swimming pool. A patio on one side with a wooden deck of about 200 sqm, furnished and with barbecue. On the other side there is the pool with a large lounge sofa where there is also a fire pit. 6 bed beds and 6 seats in sofa beds. Most furniture is brand new for summer 2023!

Holiday home with lake view 45 min from Stockholm.

Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. For the curious, look at Instagra m; PipershouseSweden. There are often dogs in the house so you will see dog beds.🌸
