Large architect-designed villa by Lake Mälaren, with magnificent views and its own dock, large hot tub and two saunas. The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (heated in winter), wood-fired sauna on the dock, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Perfect for a luxurious spa weekend or a creative meeting with colleagues at the company.

Lovely beautifully located cottage on Mörkö, high on a mountain with large terrace, sea view in several directions with wonderful sunset. The main house has a living room, kitchen, single bed, sofa bed and in the small cottage there are four beds with bunk beds. The house is secluded with nearby natural areas. Close to Engsholm Slott, Tullgarn Slott, Oaxen, Sörmlandsleden and nice nature. The cabin is located high on a mountain, which means several steps. 5 minutes to the dock. Non smoking. Hot water and toilet available.

Modern house on the sea plot with a private jetty secluded location

You'll love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning to night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, the wildlife. The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Cottage with fireplace and wood-fired sauna. Lovely location a stone's throw from the water. Built in 2019 and located 45 km from Stockholm. Nice beach with bathing pier 500 meters away. Good fishing opportunities. The cottage is situated in quiet area with a nice hiking trail nearby. The nearest café and a small shop is about 3 km away. The nearest store and restaurant (with all rights) are located in Vårsta, 14 km from the cottage. Lida outdoor area is 15 km away and offers many activities.

Bästa läge på mysiga Mörkö. Fantastiskt fritidshus med gästhus där alla bekvämligheter finns.. Två egna bryggor och 50 meter till sandstrand. Det finns 3 härliga uteplatser i olika väderstreck. En altan med stora umgängesytor under tak där underbara middagar kan intas i solnedgången, här finns även en stor loungegrupp att hänga vid. Ut mot farleden finns en trevlig uteplats vid ena bryggan med härlig morgonsol att inta frukosten vid . Badmöjligheter finns direkt från bryggan.

This attractive complex consists of two houses on a privately owned island of about 40 ha . Both houses belong together and form a harmonious unit with lots of space. You are right next to the Sea and have wonderful views from all windows and terraces. A gravel road connects the island to the mainland and it only takes 10 minutes by car to Trosa with all its shops, cafés and Swedish summer life. Central Stockholm is only 60 min away by car or train.
